What did I do before them?

Great massage ball kit
At the advice of a personal trainer, I needed to purchase some massage balls to help get knots out of my shoulders. I found the BodyRanger kit and am very pleased! I value that there is a variety to choose from and it has really helped me to improve my range of motion!

Any knot can be gone!
This product is the perfect density to improve the muscles around your back and shoulders. You can use these against the wall and remove practically any knot. The small one is my favorite for the shoulders!
