I know the instructions are somewhat complicated but actually that’s because of the numerous features and the unbelievable options that this device contains! However, I am kind of a risk taker, so I wanted to try this device out anyway. So, it contains so many features that even the seller didn’t include in the product description. First, I purchased a 2G sim card and I activated it, which cost me $3, then I followed the instructions which are in English. There are two languages (one of them is German maybe it’s the origin language, and I am trust the German industry anyway) and the second language is English. Now I can track my cat whenever she is. I can call the device and know exactly where she is. I can hear what is surrounding my cat whenever I call the device and I can also talk to her! I can make an alarm for when the battery gets low it gives me an alert to recharge it! The outdoor accuracy according to the instructions catalog is 100-1000 meters. I’ve checked this and it is true and it even works for 1030 meters (i.e., 3380 ft). This device is worth more than $100 and I understand that some people may not know how to use this device because it is kind of hard it and contains some complicated technology features, however, I would still 100% recommend it. I would also like to thank this seller for this wonderful product.

I just received it. The instructions (picture attached) that come with it mean absolutely nothing to me, and may as well be written in another language. There is no way to tell what you are supposed to do to make it work. It is the most confusing set of instructions I have ever seen in my entire life. Does anyone know how to make this work? If not I will have to return it. Is there an app? Does it come with a sim card? I went to the website listed on the instructions and entered the default username and password and it gives me an error message. This is garbage.

Do not buy this item. Could not get it to work the website and app do not work. Wasted a lot time fooling with it. Instructions are very difficult to follow. No tech support.

It's pretty sad that It never came with the SIM card would be helpful cuz now I have to wait till Monday to use it on my dog I have a Siberian husky it's a $1,500 dog thanks a lot

I can not get this thing to work. It was a couple of weeks before I took it out of the package, and then a week or so to get the sim card that wasn't included :( and after trying to get it to work and failing, I had someone else try to no avail! ...I just want my money back. Don't tell me...it's been too long. I just want to say this product sucked when it came to the instructions...oh! there wasn't any! And trying to find someone to help with tech support is a joke!

Perfect perfect perfect!! Can’t say more. This device is the best GPS tracker I’ve ever tried. Pretty accurate location, Great battery life and and easy to set up. this device is so underrated. Thanks for this great device I really mean it.

I've attempted to register devices, it worked for the 1st 15 minutes in getting responses to the device after SIM installed. The website and application for these devices have NEVER homed into our location, still showing China as it's location. I see my carrier did register and setup for their new device phone numbers. I can call but NO GPS data. Save your money, we had whistle and enjoyed its app, this does NOT compare.
