Great dress, crap customer service
We love this dress and it wowed everyone at the JROTC Birthday Ball that my daughter wore it to. However customer service was lacking. Our dress arrived WITHOUT the ribbon for the corset. I messaged and the reply I got was...check the whole dress, we put it inside sometimes. We flipped it around and inside out, I again messaged that we would like our ribbon....NO ANSWER. We ended up getting a roll of Tulle and using that to tie up the corset, it was pretty but the actual ribbon would have been better. Very disappointed that they chose to ignore my request.

Well worth it!
Purchased this for my step daughter for Prom and she couldn't be happier! The dress is stunning in person and well made.

Amazing dress
I bought the Sky Blue color dress for my junior prom. The color looks exactly like the picture. When I got the dress, it was super long. It's much more poofy than I expected but I brought it to a tailor to have it hemmed and it's perfect. The seller was great at communicating with me and I got my dress 8 days earlier than expected. I'll definitely be buying my senior prom dress from Milano Bride.

This dress looked exactly like it did in the pictures
OMG! This dress looked exactly like it did in the pictures. When we purchased it, the estimated delivery date was the beginning of May till the middle of May, my daughter was freaking out about when it would be delivered. I told her not to worry about that at this time (that was at the beginning of April), so the dress arrived at the beginning of May and fit perfectly! My daughter wore this to her senior prom, she looked like a modern day Cinderella! She felt like a princess as much as she looked like one! Beautiful dress and the price was great!
