There was another listing for a nearly identical car but I saw that this one was apparently the latest model. Purchased and received and it was great. It is a peppy 4WD car that changes from car mode to crawler mode and it crawled and moved very well. Fast forward 10 minutes later it started making wider and wider turns. Not as tight as it typically can due to both front and rear steering. I figured maybe it was because the battery was dying but found it odd that while it wouldn't turn, the wheels were spinning fast as normal. Changed batteries with a fully charged battery and found the same problem. It will not turn. It will not transform. Just forward and backwards. Well that's pretty pointless. Needless this is going back with a DO NOT BUY from this household.Forgot to mention that this is the second one we received because the first came with no charger. Amazon sent a replacement. We should have kept both to see if the other one also has this issue.I keep checking the car again and again and it still will not turn or transform. It really is a shame because otherwise we would have really liked it.

My Grandson BEGGED for this! I wasn't convinced it'd be everything he wanted but bought it because he wanted it so bad. He was so excited when he opened it on his 8th birthday. It did everything described-and he was very happy .... AT FIRST. But now less than a month later it doesn't work. He only got to play with it about 10-15 times for about 15 minutes each time before it quit working. AND he never played with it outside, all in the house on tile floor. I do not recommend at all. He's so disappointed! I should have known better! It was pretty cool when it worked, but he's so disappointed and sad now. Do not buy this.

Picked this up for a 4 year old boy. He loves it! It moves pretty quick and is easily controllable when played with outside. The remote is easy to use. For the price, this is a pretty good buy.

We bought this for my son in June and it has been a great remote control car. However it just recently got locked into one position and now only goes I'm circles.
