Here is my story with this product: About 1 ½ years ago my dentist recommended that I see a Periodontist since the dental hygienist had measured several deep pockets on the right upper teeth and excessive bleeding had occurred during the teeth cleaning. The Periodonist suggested gum surgery first on two of the teeth at a cost of $3,700. But I need to get deep root cleaning done prior to it to remove as much bacteria as possible at a cost of $1,476. I was shocked not only by the price tags but at the long procedures since I have a serious TMJ problem and do not want to keep my mouth open for too long as a previous root canal had locked up my jaw for several weeks. After reading hundreds of testimonials on line about oil pulling I decided to give it a try and bought the AyurBest Oral Klenz since it appears to be the best product on the market with a blend of organic oils and added turmeric which has its own health benefits. I have been using this product for several months on a regular basis, a tablespoon at empty stomach. I am sold. It is excellent for maintaining oral health. My gums have much improved and the dentist was surprised that I did not need gum surgery or deep root cleaning anymore. I am convinced that it is a great product for gum health, halitosis, reducing tooth decay and nasty breath as the bacteria is bound to the oils and spat out giving you a fresh breath. It is a great remedy for sensitive teeth as well. I highly recommend this age old remedy that uses natural substances to clean and detoxify teeth and gums.

Tastes good, but this is an oil, not a mouthwash. I can't swish this heavier liquid around my mouth for 20 minutes as suggested. I lasted about 5 minutes. After I washed all the oil out, which took a few minutes, my mouth did feel clean.

THIS HAS REALLY HELPED WITH THE SORENESS IN MY MOUTH AND IT WORKED VERY QUICKLY.

It's a wonderful product, I Have problem with my teeth. And my breath, and with this product I feel comfortable with my self.

It works!! Can't quite keep swooshing it for the full 20 min but even after 7 min (my personal record so far) the mouth feels super clean. I do scrape the tongue after the oil pulling cuz I feel that is does leave a bit of a residue on the tongue. Which is a small price to pay if u ask me for the super clean feel u get from it. Plus - it's completely chemicals free so anyone who is trying to eliminate chemicals from their household should at least try it. The way I do it is just take a sip of it first thing in the morn (as in - don't actually swallow the oil but do the swooshing) while feeding the cats and cleaning out their litter box. U would be less inclined to spit it out (it is not pleased at first, trust!!), if u are doing this while doing something else as oppose to standing in the bathroom and staring at urself in the mirror (who has the time anyways!)
