Perfect Brace for my needs.
Kunto Fitness Ankle Brace Compression Support SleeveKunto Fitness Knee Brace Compression Support SleeveA little over 2 months ago, I sprained my ankle and also banged up my knees. A few weeks ago I decided that I’d recovered to the point that I was comfortable without a brace most of the time and was ready to resume cardio workouts, but I still felt that I needed some support for my ankle during workouts. I didn’t want a stiff brace like what I’d used when I first sprained my ankle, so I decided to give this product a try. I specifically ordered the Kunto ankle brace because it did not have the cut out heel, so there was no concern about the stitching around the keel cutting into the bottom or back of my foot. At first, I didn’t think it would offer enough support, but the compression does offer quote a bit of support without being overly restrictive or cutting off circulation. With the ankle brace, I was able to resume my cardio workouts without pain in my ankle (some soreness, but I think that’s to be expected with a still healing ankle).Unfortunately, it was at this point that I realized that my knees were a bit more banged up from my accident than I had thought. Both during and after working out, I experiences quite a bit of soreness and some stabbing pains in my knees. Given how happy I was with the ankle brace, I decided to order a couple of the Kunto knee braces. The compression in the knee braces is more noticeable than that offered by the ankle brace, but still not uncomfortable. And, I’m happy to say that after only 5 days of using the knee braces, I had almost no pain in my knees during my workouts and none afterwards.I don’t mean to convey that these braces are a cure-all for ankle or knee pain, but these braces are exactly what I needed. They offer the perfect level (for me) of support through compression without being too tight or overly restrictive.

Great sleeve, does the job well!
The sleeve is great! I have been using it right out of the box, no weird factory odors or anything. A Medium fits my leg (13.5" circumference measured 1" above the knee) comfortably, so if you're near the halfway mark go up a size. The top side is easily identified by the company logo, with the orange hexagonal-section positioned over the knee-cap. The fit is nice and comfy, nice thickness and durability. It does shift / slide depending on movement e.g. sitting to standing, but overall great quality! Works well for light to moderate activity (haven't gone running or done weights with it yet, but seems like it would hold up well). It is not latex, so people with sensitive skin or allergies this is a great option for you! Also it is comfortable enough to be worn all day, and I have worn it to sleep on a few occasions. Seems durable enough that it can be washed in the machine on a more gentle cycle, and put in the dryer on a lower heat setting.

Good Product, but One Big Design Flaw
The brace works reasonably well but has a bit of a design flaw. Because it's all cloth, it tends to slide down the leg. So after running just a few minutes, one needs to stop and pull it up. You'll need to do this about three of four times until the cloth gets sweaty enough to better stick to the skin of your leg. Then it will stay up reasonably well.A better design would be to have a strip of grippy rubber around the top and bottom of the brace much like many running tights have around the bottoms of the legs. The rubber would grip the skin better to hold it in place from the start.Other than the problem of it sliding down a lot, the brace works reasonably well and is designed well. Seems to hold together with multiple runs and is very comfortable.
