This piece looks great in the space we needed it for. It is a heavy duty piece of furniture when assembled. The assembly was relatively easy and all the pieces and parts were included. The baskets came with it and were a perfect fit. The pad came with it too. It would be better if you could get the pad cover off the clean it.

Arrived in a timely manner, no damage. Relatively simple to put together, the instructions are misleading but it’s all an easy fix. The baskets were ridiculous so we ended up just zip-tying the base to the sides and no one is the wiser. Sturdy; both kids can sit on it at the same time. Bought the white; it was not a pure white but more of a brushstroke white, so a bit more rustic farmhouse but it works well. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I have been admiring this bench for sometime and when it dropped in price I had to get it. It was fairly easy to put together. I’m glad I read other reviews first because a couple of the pieces were marked wrong so I had to partially take it apart and putIt back together once I realized it was backwards. The other downside is the baskets are poorly made and are coming apart already with light use. At some point I will have to replace the baskets. Overall it’s a nice bench and I think it’s very aesthetically pleasing.

The picture of this bench is very appealing, however, the bench itself is comprised mostly of MDF and some type of compressed particle board. Savavieh could better serve their customers by using real wood for such a small piece and charging a little more money. I'm very disappointed in the quailty of this bench. MDF is not easily repaired once damaged and it's easy to damage. I do not understand why companies use it.

The media could not be loaded. Nice bench that comes with a cushion, it's handy to be able to sit there and put your shoes on after you take them out of the storage area. Very solid. Assembly was slightly confusing but not hard to get right. Very happy with the purchase, the pile of shoes is no longer visible, and it is a good value. Item was well packed and finish was flawless, no marring or finish imperfections.

Piece looks good; however, the finish seems to be a flat type paint that I am sure will scuff easy. You could not tell in the photo. The bench cover is canvas, but stapled onto a board which will make cleaning a pain. Worst is that the instructions are incorrect in regards to where to place the center supports. I had it all together and then after trying to attach the top I had to take it apart and start over. The baskets bottoms had to be screwed on, not easy. Hoping they don’t scratch the cabinet all up. Plus, the material is a lot of short pieces so there are several strings sticking out. Not attractive. Plus, they really smell so hoping that fades quickly.Only reason I did not return this was that I am older and knew I could not repack it and get it back to the store.

Well, like the other reviews said, you get what you pay for. Ours came slightly damaged as well (see pic), the baskets are all coming unwoven and shedding a lot, and the instructions are wrong (glad I read the other reviews). That being said, it is a good size and cute piece. Baskets are usable (might replace them later). I am keeping it even with the small dent in side as I couldn't find anything close for this price.

Fairly easy to assemble, it looks good ! I’m happy.
