Good Value
Works Good! Pretty quiet for a pedestal unit. The unit has a different outlet orientation than my previous pump and sits in the sump differently, but easy to install. Would prefer a pump actually made in the USA, but will use this one until it's broke.

Very well built heavy duty pump!
Heavy well built pump. I love the fact that it has a cast iron base for pump. Has a ton of power and pushes my water 12 ft straight up and turns 90 degrees out of my home without hesitation. Not nearly as loud as I had expected an exposed motor to be...... it isn’t even heard when it comes on. Great price for a 1/2 hp pump..... my orange Home improvement box store was 189.00 for one with plastic housing.

Lasted a year.
Lasted exactly 1 year, and siezed and filled my basement up with smoke near burning down my house. No joke. Other than being a 1 year wonder product it worked very well.

Complete Junk
Installed 6 months ago. Seized solid.Complete junk for a pump that’s supposed to keep water out of your basement. Just dealt with a 20yr old pump that failed. Cost thousands to fix damage. Now this POS in 6 months.

Simple installation
I purchased this pump to replace an old one that failed. This pump was configured slightly differently than the one I was replacing, and we had to make some adjustments to fit the crowded space in my sump pit. This was easily accomplished by removing screws near the base and rotating the base plate. The pump arrived promptly and as described. I have no complaints.

Nice solid sump pump with strong motor
I was replacing a submerged pump that failed after a few years when water got into the motor housing. With the motor up above the water, this one can't fail from that. This has a stainless column, and a cast iron base. I reused an electronic switch from my old unit, so I didn't use the float, and installed a block to keep the switch in the on position. The old system was also rated at 1/2 horse power, but it was a much smaller motor, and of course didn't have any ventilation. I'm much more comfortable having the physically larger motor air cooled, and well above the water level.

Working Well!
Very pleased with this pump. Our old WaterAce gave out after many years of service, so we decided to stay with the brand. Very good quality!

Good Pump but failed within One Year
I do not write many reviews. But I am in a bad mood because of this pump right now. I replaced my last sump with a pedestal pump and have to say it was great and easy to install. Worked great but it stopped pumping within a year during a heavy rain storm and cause my other sump (other sump is a backup) to later fail. Sorry would recommend for small water problems but cant believe it failed during the worst rain storm of the year. Tried to troubleshoot but it just wouldn't pump any water. I now have to go buy 2 new sumps. I am not in a flood zone but do have a high water table. :(
