Had a headache for 2 days but now seem fine. Still too early to know if they do any good. Only real concern is the smell. Has a burned plastic odor. Don't know if it is this batch or just common. I am not into taking any form of pills but read reviews on DIM and saw the benefits. Hope the smell is common. Anyone else have the same experience?Just went to their site on www.amazingnutrition.com and went to about us. Now am worried about the strong plastic odor. I have been taking DIM supplements since 2001 and would NEVER be without it. I was happy to know this DIM is in fact made in the USA and has the GMP seal. It contains a good serving of DIM per tablet and you only need to take 1 tablet twice daily. Even though I am not a huge fan of tablets as they can be hard to swallow, these tablets are easy to swallow as they are glazed on the outside. I am a little confused why some DIM products put lecithin, which is a soy product, into the ingredients given that DIM is supposed to be regulating estrogen and soy can screw that up. Also, most soy grown in the US is GMO and this label does not state it is organic lecithin, so that is the reason why I deducted a star. Otherwise, it seems like a sound supplement. I did receive a discount on this product in exchange for my honest review.

I have upped my review to 4 stars because I have been taking DIM for a week now. Along with a no sugar, grainfree, dairy free diet, it seems to be helping with regularity and my tummy looks flatter. I thought I had side effects from it in the beginning but that turned out to be the progesterone I was taking. I have not had headaches or any other symptoms others have complained of. The tablets are easy to take. They do turn your urine a peach color though. Since starting DIM, combined with grain free dairy free and sugar free diet, my waist measurement is down ONE INCH! Yay!

Bought this on recommendation from a friend to help with alleviating hot flashes. After the first week I did notice that my symptoms were less however the relief was short lived. I believe my estrogen levels were possibly too out of whack for this to be very effective. This is a very large bottle and it lasts a long time, a good value for the price if you are looking for this supplement. The pills do have a peculiar smell to them. I did not notice that it was effective as a weight management supplement.

My periods got lighter, my cramps were not NEARLY as bad, and my hormonal acne that I have tried every remedy in the book to get rid of, went away.You have to take it twice a day, but wow... I think there is a lot of hype around 'DIM' for a reason, I personally saw incredible results. - Also, I think it made my boobs get a bit more full... I don't know if this is even possible, but I'm PRETTY sure my chest saw some positive side effects from the DIM.Also, I had looked elsewhere before buying from Amazon, and it was far cheaper, and shipped much faster than other sites projected.

It was effective at first and I'm sure this is just as good as other kinds similar, but it was not effective for long, due to its ability to work and the differences in a human body, I'd say give it a try. Mostly though, big pharma takes the useful chemicals and trademarks them within the U.S. so I'd say if you don't notice anything at the end of month one, it won't work anymore. I'm on bottle three (one bottle a month), it stopped having an effect after 2-3 weeks.

This is amazing stuff. I notice a difference in a couple of days, Bloat was no more in the stomach and it says take 2 a day. What I did was take one a day for a week for my system to absorb something new and then increase it to two a day on the second week. This avoided headaches. In 3 weeks of taking DIM I lost one inch around the waist. I generally cannot take pills but this tablet is easy to swallow. does not have an odor or taste weird.

I've taken DIM for years to help with hormonal acne. I decided to try this brand in place of the Nature's Way brand I've always purchased through Amazon. For me, it simply does not work. I even tried it twice. I thought I would give it one more shot when I ran out of Nature's Way again and sure enough, the acne came back instantly. My skin started clearing up again as soon as I resumed with Nature's Way.Also, I think it is worth noting that this DIM turns your urine a dirty orange color—might be worth dealing with if it worked—otherwise, it's just a yucky side-effect.I don't usually write negative reviews but in the case of supplements I feel compelled to share my experience in order to help others.
