Love it. Easy to use. Nice long lead. 2 temperatures. I bought for melting candle wax and it worked great. Great price too.

Works perfectly fine. Just a work of caution to start it up above bin for the first start. As there is glass fibbers insulation flakes that will come out, I gave it a little shake so they can escape. After that it was all ready to go. Otherwise if you start it up into your project you would contaminate it with glass fibbers. So keep that in mind.Like the other users said there is plastic shield around the tip. This will melt if you will leave the gun running. I can tell you this device is designed for short few minutes use at the time, and if you don't need it turn it off, as it heats up quickly there is no need to leave it running.I used mine to soften glue in repairs and shrink the thermal plastics like heatshirnk sleeving etc. And it does well, I compared it to much more expensive alternative's and its the most cost effective solution, it also runs nicely - the motor does not generate loud noises like the bigger units. Plus its compact size allows to be stored in the toolboxes with no problem.The only improvement I can suggest is to add Led light to indicate the device is on maybe inside the switch

This heat tool has 2 heat settings, is easy to use, has a rest stand attached and a long plug cable - what more could you need?

Very good kit ..very hot and what I like is long cord as I used it to defrost car window from inside. Took few seconds..I have a 3000 watt inverter in car...so this be invaluable in winter .. shrinks cable wrap in seconds

This gun is so versatile, you can use it for craft or even electric cables..worth every penny

Really, really pleased with this. Particularly like the two heat settings.It is lightweight and simple to use.Best of all I am most impressed with is the cable length - my last one was soooo short I had to use an extension cable next to me - not with this one.It’s great!

It's not a bad little tool but don't expect to be able to do loads of projects one after the other because it won't fire up if it's too hot. Had to buy two just to ensure I have enough time to do projects one after the other. This is a bit blowy so start off by heating the back first or you'll blow away your embossing powder!
