This machine got charged up to 75 percent and wouldn’t go higher then that. Used it for lights and to charge and battery life was not what they said, also tried to go back and recharge and it wouldn’t charge for a full 24 hours, it stayed on 25 percent.Revising the review I got contacted by the seller with really fast response! They offer to replace it and apologized for the defective product and offered to send a new one. When I used this it worked perfectly until I couldn’t charge it, so I say I will give this a second chance and re buy it and see if the second one works. Thank you for taking care this issue

I would give this product 5 stars if you could use it while it is changing.

Product page states DC to AC efficiency is higher than what I saw assuming the battery was in good shape. It's either the efficiency was overrated or the battery did not have the capacity stated. I got around 10% less. They should be clearer about the real efficiency. I used a kill a watt meter to get total Wh outpot and got 110 wh for AC output. I could not test the DC output to see if it was the battery or the efficiency rating was off.

This thing is a powerhouse and can handle anything. I have used it for appliances around the house when the power goes out including our fridge. It comes in handy for any situation including the beach or travel. Thank you for making a great product!

I bought this twice last one back in August and it doesn't work for me. Lights stay blinking. Would like a refund or exchange.

I needed this battery for a vacation trip that my family and I had. Sadly, the one that I received did not work at all. I had to return the item after our trip. I have not purchased another one yet, but I will. I have complete confidence that I just received a lemon, and sometimes that happens. In fairness, when I purchase another one I will give another review. After reading all the reviews before I purchased the item the first time, it can’t be all bad.

Well worth the money it may look ugly but it works very well you can run a 20 inch TV for 5 hours
