W18 2 in 1 Cordless Handheld Stick Vacuum Cleaner, 25.2V 2200mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Battery, with LED Brush Lights, Upright Charging Base, White

I can't think of one bad thing to say about this cleaner. It looks nice, is easy to assemble, has not sharp edges: and more importantly is manoeuverable and very efficient. Due to reading other users reviews regarding the brush not rotating I made sure that it was freed off before use; sometimes thing temporarily jam whilst sitting in storage for ages. Now I no longer have to risk falling down stairs whilst taking my corded vacuum upstairs and then down as needed.

Update - I ended up buying 3 and one has just died so fingers crossed as the amazon return window is really short for an electrical product. Others still working for now.I have to say at the £40 I was a little sceptical as this looks like it may come from another very popular brand.Easy to set up and use with tremendous suction in both stick and handheld mode.The retro like LEDs on the stick head help you find stuff under the sofa and in dark corners this is neat touch.Battery lasts a good 25mins before you notice some power loss.Docks upright in its charging base which is pretty cool and somewhere easy to store under the stairs or out the way.The lithium battery stays strong and charges in approx 2/4hrs in the base unit.I’d buy this again as you could get 10 similar competitor versions for the same cost and to be honest thus far I’m happy to compromise the 30% less power and snazzy colour schemes.

Unfortunately although this looks very nice and was easy to assemble it doesn’t work. The Rotary Brush doesn’t rotate even though I have very carefully assembled it. There seems to be a break In the electrical circuit. Because of this it doesn’t pick up on the carpet at all. The handheld piece is extremely heavy and it doesn’t have an easy grip handle, just a straight slippery bit of plastic. I am confined to a wheelchair and my neighbours put the box in the recycling so now I can’t return it.

Just purchased this 3 weeks ago found it a great vacuum until it totally broke down on me . I got one for my son following week his is working perfect. We checked it with his charger & floor charger all is working apart from the vacuum when switching it on the lights go automatically on to full & this is where the problem lies . It won’t charge. This model is no longer to buy again. I can’t return it as I don’t have the box. How can I get them to collect this & get a refund ? Any ideas would be appreciated.

I was a bit sceptical about buying a hoover online but decided to take my chances. I must say I am very impressed with the vacuum. it's light weight, very low noise, good suction, battery life last long. I also find it quite easy to clean. Will definitely recommend.

Very dissapointed in the cleaner,not very good suction, I find the top half keeps coming away from the base,the top switch has never worked so I have to switch on from the hand held button.would not recommend this,I know the price was only £100.00 butWish I had invested in a better one.I would have returned it if I still had the packaging.

I love this vacuum. Ordered as my vax ones had broken. It’s so light and easy to manoeuvre. We have a baby too and it gets up all of the mess.

The on/off button on the long stick extension doesnt work, I didn't want to do a bad review but there is no contact details or way to contact the seller to replace part or fixt it. Can anyone help me?
