It is a beautiful beginner pen, the nib looks beautiful, and the converter is rotary. It is stout but quite tame to hold and write with. The ink flows like a fractured dam, so probably won't last you the whole day.It's cheap (atleast compared to the more premium ink pens).After writing with it for a month or so, it becomes very smooth...not exactly silky smooth vs more premium ink pens, but it holds itself well in that regard (think the price *wink*)

The pen is amazing, it writes better then my parker vector and is more comfortable because of the weight and the thickness but it’s colour started to come off after a few months of use and I had to completely take it off so now it has a white colour instead of the black and for me it’s an improvement2021 update: i have been using this pen for 2 years now and it still works like it’s new. It probably won’t break unless it falls and hits its nib. Definitely worth the price

Am looking for this pen for a year now.I got one today 9-11-2020It's a nice pen. Am using fountain pen for almost 15 years I never use other pens for my work.This is my first impression* The pen has a strong body* The package was perfect for gifting* The ink reservoir is great almost filled the ink in first attempt* Ink is flowing without any break* Wrote some lines and curves about 50-60 lines checking the flow.. this pen passed the test. :-)* For those who have big hands it's a must buy.Some difficulty(I have no problem with the pen tbh)* The pen is little heavy. So person with small hands will be in trouble.So my final verdictIf u are a fountain pen enthusiast go for it you will never disappoint.I am nearvous about the Chinese pen but it's good to for it.

The nib is really good and slides on paper with the parker quink. Slight discoloration noticed on the grip post moderate use. Now the body color also seems to be peeling off. Doesn’t seem to be a good buy for long term use

When you buying a value product and then you find it sucks, then you curse under your breath and buy a good quality, more expensive one. Unfortunately this was my experience with this X450 pen. Looks good but fails in all other departments. Probably I could have put with the inconsistent ink flow but when the flow is frequently on your shirt, it's time to dump it. And buy a Twisbi Eco.

Definitely recommend this pen for beginners. I already own couple of Waterman, Sheaffer, Pilot and Lamy but at this price point, this is definite value for money. The pen is slightly heavy when the cap is mounted but once you start writing, you tend to forget it. Neatly crafted with fine finish and comes with a variety of colours / design to choose from. I also personally prefer the Jinhao X450 over the X750 in terms of design and writing - special mention for the size 6 nib that simply looks stunning. I use the pilot ink and with the right paper quality, you will enjoy writing with the Jinhao.

The pen looks good but is a pain to use.Ink usually spills from it when travelling...I leave it permanently in office.Very prone to ink drying in the nib.Writes well though.Finally after struggling with it for 3 months - it had to be discarded

The product : I was rather skeptical about the pen even after watching rave reviews on YouTube... Nevertheless, I decided to go for it and try it out... I must say that I am am pleasantly surprised by the pen.... It's got good looks, well balanced in the hand and a bang for the buck!The writing: I used the pen with Pilot iroshizuku tsutsuji ink.... And boy, it was a beautiful experience. The nib is smooth out of the box and the I'm enjoying the writing experience so far....The Seller: highly recommended.... Quick delivery, no frills but secure packaging.... Would buy again.Summary : if you are looking for an entry level, value for money fountain pen... Look no further.
