Excellent service and appears well made. A nice touch was the sachet inside. Received many compliments.

To be honest, this purse was simply terrible. The material was cheap and looked it, and there was an odd smell about it that I couldn't place. After reading all the reviews, I thought for sure that it would be a nice, practical purse; however, I was sorely disappointed. Aside from the fact that it both looked and felt cheap, the seemingly silver (from what I can see in the picture) rings and chains are actually painted gold. There were also gold pieces of thread coming out of the seams of the handles. Nothing about this purse was at all how I imagined it would be. On top of the awful look, the bag actually had a rip in the front, as though it were sliced by a razor blade during packaging. Needless to say, I sent it back immediately. Even if it hadn't been damaged, I definitely would not have given this purse as a gift, which was my intention.
