Great quality
The pan was just as advertised. It’s completely non-stick without dangerous teflon! The handle stays cool when cooking.

It works as described.
This pan is great. Gets very hot with even heat on a very low flame. Totally stick free as advertised. The pan is a little heavy in weight. If you have used cast iron you would not mind this. Of cause only time will tell how the non-stick service holds up. Costs more, but worth the price.

Lasted less than one month!
I loved this pan when I first received it in January. It was sparkly white, and everything cooked perfectly evenly and slid out of the pan effortlessly. Less than a month later after searing a steak in the pan it was ruined. The first picture, without the food, shows tons of scrubbing with barkeeper's friend and a paper towel, after the seared steak. It is permanently darkened and will never be sparkly white again. Tonight I sauteed some chard with olive oil, preheated in the pan, and was left with this sticky brown mess (2nd picture) that is still a mess after scrubbing with a sponge and dish soap. I'll let it soak overnight and try barkeeper's friend again tomorrow, but if I can't saute greens without this much effort for clean up the pan is virtually useless and needs to be thrown out. What a waste of money. I would not purchase a GreenPan again. The Amazon description said it could handle high heat and I hoped it would at least last longer than 1 steak. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon after the steak incident and never received a response.

Nice looking pan with excellent performance
It's a nice looking pan for sure. Sturdy but feel rather lightweight and comfortable to hold. It heats up fast and distributes heat superbly well. You can literally cook anything with this. Non-stick and easy to clean but may not be as slippery as teflon (but hey it's PTFE free).

Awesome! Easy to clean and great to cook
Easily one of the best non-stick pans. I purposely used it over a couple of months including heavy usage like frying fish. This pan heats nearly uniformly and I had no issues even with really thin bacon slices. It’s really easy to clean as well which is the biggest plus. Don’t have to season it. I am impressed. Waiting for 6 months of usage and if it still performs Like it has I am buying the whole set

Weird Curve
This pan is working out but one thing I do not like is the edge of the pan curving inward. So when you are trying to turn something using a spatula against the side of the pan, it's hard to do. Same with when you are trying to scoop something out of the pan by pushing it against the wall using a spatula, the curve actually makes the item fall back into the pan instead. Really weird and annoying. Also, the pan is kinda heavy for the handle it comes with - I find sometimes I need to use both hands. However, it is definitely easy to clean with nothing sticking to it so far.

agree with everyone, this pan doesn't sucks
I heard many good things about ceramic pans and this pan got a lot of good reviews elsewhere. Even though I saw these 1 star reviews on Amazon saying that it sticks, I thought I would make it work. But no. Now matter how careful I was with this pan, everything sticks. I tried cooking everything in there. Egg is absolutely nightmare. Meat is slightly better. Even vegetable sticks and leaves a brown sticky surface that's impossible to clean off. Now I can't really use the pan for anything. DON'T BUY IT!If you really want nonstick but also no teflon and what not, try a carbon steal and use half the energy to take care of that carbon steel. It's easier than dealing with this pan. I don't know if it's just greenpan or ceramic pan in general is just like this. But I won't try any other ceramic pan anymore.
