I use to use St. Tropez Dark Self Tanning Mousse and never wanted to change, but the fading blotchy tan after a few days sucked! Then saw something about Minetan a while back with heat reviews, so I tried the Minetan Dark Ash and loved it because it stayed on long, went on smooth, and never blotched while fading. But I still wanted something darker, so I just tried the Minetan Absolute Insanely Dark with Quad Bronzing Tan Activating Intensifiers Self Tanning Mousse and OMG! It’s awesome! Hands Down!I started with 1 hour, no shaving because I use the epilady and do not want spots where the hair follicles are, but after an hour, it was similar to the Dark Ash, so I reapplied and let it stay on for 3 hours and WOW! That made all the difference! I’m sold! I washed it off and it only faded a tad, which was awesome! Then I applied the Minetan Gradual Tanning Moisture Lostion on top… it smells amazing too! So that’s my new leg regimen for the summer! - At the river my upper body gets super tan, but my legs barely get tan from standing in the water most the day, so this is perfect! I WILL definitely be stocking up now!Cheers to Minetan for creating something that never leaves us blotchy, doesn’t stink, goes on smooth without using a lot of product, never streaks, and that just gives us an tan that lasts more than a week! I Loooove it!

This is one of my favs - and I've tried almost all of them. It is dark, especially the color guide. Produces a beautiful color. Just remember, if you have pale skin, you're not going to be dark brown after - but this does get me the darkest out of all of them. I love the tone. I am very fair with pink undertones, red hair, blue eyes. This gives me a very natural brown tone tan. LOVE IT. it goes on easily, stays a little tacky but that's because it's got so many moisturizing ingredients. Very little transfer to clothes/bedding. I leave it on overnight and sometimes do a 2nd coat. I don't use any tanner without first using a pH balancing mist by norvell, also available on amazon. The spray makes my tan last longer and I get better color results. I'm a big minetan fan!

I've used a lot of self tanning lotions in my time and I can never get dark enough coverage that looks natural too, this is my absolute favorite and I would highly, highly recommend it. Goes on great, nice and dark. I leave it on for a day before I rinse it off and it leaves a great tan, and darker than any of the others I've tried.

This was easy to apply. The longer I leave it on the better the color. Overall pretty decent tan color compared to many I have used.

I was really hopeful for this product since it has so many good reviews. I am pale olive and I tan easily. This self tanner turned me orange, did not settle well into hands, feet, ankles (I exfoliated and moisturized these areas prior to use as well). The color is so horrendous (it’s yellow/orange hue) it doesn’t dry quickly leaving in sticky, and if you sleep in it it will get on your clothes and sheets. I applied once and the next day I had no color, so I applied again the night after and the after color was orange. I wouldn’t recommend, especially for the price.

I purchased the ultra dark tan. It looked really good once I applied it but it washed almost all the way off on the shower. I applied it the night before and showered the next morning. It was completely gone on shower 2.

This is a natural bronze color and is the best I have ever used

I got this brand from my aunt's recommendation. She's already had precancerous lesions removed and actual sun exposure is off the table. She said this brand was the most natural. However, I do not know exactly which version she had.The first time, I rinsed off after about 3 hours because I had to shower and was disappointed in the color payoff (and im fair and cool-toned so I should notice). I did it again the next day and left it on for 24 hours (not what the directions indicate). The color is more noticeable but Im not overly impressed for something marketed as "dark."It still has that self-tanner smell, but truthfully I havent found anything yet that doesn't since I have a really strong sense of smell.It does have a nice guide color that goes on so evenly I could go out after applying and not feel ridiculous. The guide also did not transfer to anything once it dried, which is great since I need to leave this on past the recommended time frame and will need to use the toilet a few times.Maybe my expectations are too high for these "express" tanners, I just figured getting a more expensive one might impress me more. It's not bad, but I can get these results for less.

I usually use the Mink, and I didn't see a huge difference with this one. Kind of a bummer, but it still gives a beautiful glow

Tolles Produkt. Mann muss es aber länger einziehen lassen. Ich habe es nach 1,5 Stunden abgewaschen und es ergab nur eine leichte Bräune. Der Farbton ist echt super.

No fake tan smell and the colour developed is beautiful. But why is the colour guide poop green? Also, the colour comes off during work outs. Overall, not good.

Ich habe eigentlich immer St Trapez Selbstbräuner benutzt. Eigentlich nur weil er der einzige war der trockene Flecken und die Poren im Gesicht und an den Beinen nicht dunkler gefärbt hat als die restliche Haut. Leider hat aber nie der Hautton wirklich gestimmt..dieser hier ist viel schöner in Richtung Olive Ton - Italien, Spanien. St Tropez ist eher etwas für kalt- Europäer. Ich bin restlos begeistert! Leider ist der Preis recht happig..da die Anwendung in etwa jede Woche erneuert werden muss - und für den ganzen Körper, nun - dann ist die Dose recht schnell lehr.
