LLmoway Women Bucket Hat Packable Cotton Reversible Sun Hat with Detachable Cord

This is a reversible hat I bought for baseball games and the beach. It was inexpensive and the quality is good. It fits my size 6 7/8 head great.

I loved the color of the hat and I like bucket hats. Unfortunately, I returned it because the hat was too big. it did not look good on me. The material was too thin.

This hat is reversible so it is not as light as it might be. I ordered it in a larger size than usual because I want to be able to pull it down to keep the sun off my face. It does that very well. It does with me everywhere - I keep it in my car or, often, rolled up and stuffed in my back pocket when I'm not wearing it.

Having traveled for 3 weeks in unrelenting sun in China and Japan, I found this hat far exceeded my expectations. I loved reversing it from day to day to change my appearance as we toured 14 days non-stop, helping me minimize the amount of clothing with me. Besides the usefulness of the chin strap for windy days, it was wonderful that the strap is easily un-clipped and then re-clipped to the opposite side when reversing the hat. It's bucket style provided sun protection for the back of my neck which was vital on days of unrelenting sun. Being material breathed well, and when I didn't need it, I could roll it into a tight tootsie roll and stow it easily in my purse. Since returning, I've machine washed and dryed it and it didn't bleed or fade (purchased pink/multi one, don't know about the others colors performance). Likewise it didn't shrink, nor get too wrinkled to wear asis. I did clip off a tag on the reverse side when I go it as it looked odd with tag, and I managed to slice the fabric slightly, which I then fixed with fray check. That has held up well and isn't noticible. For extreme packers, the hat weighs 52 grams/1.85 oz.

Packs easily. Color as expected. Very comfortable. You hardly know you have it on. Very lightweight. One side has a rain resistant type fabric great for rainy afternoon beach walks.

The biggest problem is that it is a little too big for my head. The good part is that it is not tight enough to mess up my hair. I tried to reverse it but had a terrible time trying to remove the straps from the clasp that holds it. I won't try that again. The sides are long enough to protect my face and ears from the sun when I am driving. After a round of skin cancer on head and ear, that was my main purpose in getting it, and it works.

Good quality product; but for my small head, it’s a little large.
