The Colgate Spearmint does a good job but Listerine Spearmint works quicker and the taste lasts longer.

Appears to Have Slowed Down the Progress of a Receding Gumline
I had several teeth where the gumline was receding and this product appears to have reversed the progression of the changes. Of course one should follow the advice of ones dentist but if yours is a mild condition as was mine, you might want to try this product..
