I got this supplement in hopes to lower my morning blood sugar. And wow has it helped. Went from 210 on average to now 150-160. Keeps it low as well throughout the day. I have been taking this supplement for two months now. I know I am supposed to wait three months for results, but I think it is working. I have lost about 5 pounds with no other change in diet or exercise. One odd thing that I noticed is that my body temperature seems to rise after I take it a little under a degree. It will shoot up to 99.5 - 100 degrees for an hour or two and then comes back down. I don't know if this is metabolic in nature or hormonal. (or both?)
