Fantastic! I promise you will use this book! There are so many books about strength training on the market - but this one provides a comprehensive and clear explanation of how to strength train and how to overcome problems. An excellent book which will make a positive difference for many people. You are able to build a strong relationship with the author and the book becomes your virtual PT! Incredible book!
Very informative book, written very clearly and pinpoints the best technique's for beginners up to seasoned pro's. Even if you think you know everything about training this book will sharpen you up and give you a new prospective.... I can't reccomend it highly enough.

Read, question, learn, perform, improve - repeat
This does what it says on the tin, Jack has amassed a wealth of knowledge from the best of the best in the business, putting all that information into a, relatively concise book.This is a results business so the proof is in the pudding! I have used some of his techniques and are presently working through the book to enhance my abilities

Good book but the photos are dark
Good would buy again , LOTS of info to take you to the top level ..... I need to get stronger before I start but then again how strong is strong. The pictures can sometimes be dark as well as Jack is wearing black cloths as form is all important with feet positions etc i would have thought 100% clear photos would be a must ? but all in all very well written and inspiring........ Just doing the foundation section would get you super strong compared to the average person. ........... one small thing , there is no talk of diet / Food would have thought that is so important to getting strong

No BS just quality content
Awesome book which should be in your collection. Not only does it look pretty fantastic but the content is invaluable. Great read for a newbie to a well seasoned gym goer. Like who doesn’t want to be stronger?! I’ll be applying this to my daily training. You need this book in your life.

Bought the book a few weeks ago used it regularly since then.Its clearly written and very informativeA must have for anything one serious about getting stronger

This book is a no frills intro to strength training, from building a base of bodyweight exercises for firm through to creating a program for your goals!!

A lot of words just to fill a page
This is more of a book for beginners. You don't really get into anything truly "important" until you're 3/4 of the way through the book. Not to say the author isn't knowledgeable, it's just a lot of words with little actual help to those that are beginners.
