Mixed review here. The good news is that I'm pretty sure that it helps with the snoring (although I haven't actually tried it with someone else in the room, so I'm not certain), and there is absolutely no way you can clench or grind your teeth if you are using this. It also comes with pretty good directions about preparing it for use, and it was easy to form fit it to my mouth. Now for the bad news- this thing feels huge. If I try to test it out during the day it makes me gag. I seem to do better with it at night, but I still haven't made it through an entire night being able to wear it because it just gets uncomfortable.When I had a night guard from the dentist it was only on my bottom teeth. This goes on the top and the bottom, so it's really thick. If you don't have a problem with having something really large in your mouth all night long, or you have a really big mouth, then it's definitely worth a shot, otherwise, you might want to try something different.

To get the point, Too big for small mouths.Just trying it in it hurt my jaw. Pictures show size. I think this has good potential for the right person.Second time I am reviewing this because for no reason my other review was deleted. As have others. I had an excellent detailed review. I purchase products honestly with full price and should be verified and I choose to leave my review willingly of my own initiative without any special rewards.

My Husband is thankful. I have never had a sleep study but I am told I snore. I need to wear a bruxism device anyway as I have had adult braces which in my case caused teeth grinding. This device totally alleviated the snoring issue and it doubles as a bruxism device. It was easy to custom fit and substantially less costly than a lab created dental device.

I don't know if two stars is fair or not. But this really didn't work for me. I read a lot of peoples reviews. I like the price. But I didn't even get through the night with this in my mouth. It was awkward. It was gross. The buildup of saliva in your mouth made me wonder how many germs am I collecting. It was just not for me. It was easy to setup. it was easy to mold. Sleeping with a mouthguard all night is just not idea for me.

Horrible instruction, wrote by a person that english was a second language. Adjustment adjustment with the ratcheting type teeth fails after first use. Very hard to fit for some one with a narrow mouth. Safe your money!!!!

Already fell apart. Bottom molded piece separated from rigid plastic.

This was a terrible idea. I had to force it in my mouth for the teeth mold to be too small. I already have a very small jaw line. So if it had been too big I wouldn’t have been surprised. But since it was too small I would say basically no one can make this work.

It is thick and rather large (I have a small mouth) but I think that may contribute to its effectiveness. I feel like it opens my airways however I can not verify how well it works since I am sleeping.
