Q: In the details it says the map is compatible with included dry erase markers (in all caps)…does that mean it is incompatible with others like Expo?

Dry erase markers are the same. It is just pointing out that it comes with a set vs some other mats that may not.

Q: Do you cut the items out to se? The picture looks like they peel off.
