Add a thin pad for minor bladder leakage; then just change out these thin pads without always changing the underwear, if your leakage is only minor drips and dribbles.

Incorrect sizing
Size is way off with briefs. I wear 36-38 with blue jeans.The large on these briefs are suppose to be for 36-38. NO WAY. More like 32-34.

I do like these pants. However, you need to realize they're for slight dripping urine. If you have more than a 1/2 an ounce, you'll have a streak down your leg
