From the outset, I want to state emphatically just how exceptional Cowin Customer Support has proven to be. They are extremely responsive, helpful, diligent, and caring. Unlike many other companies, Cowin really does care about the consumer’s satisfaction and they go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I say this because I have always had a problem with earbuds fitting and staying in my ears. Unfortunately at first, the Cowin HE8 earbuds appeared to be no exception, but after working with several Cowin Customer Service Representatives over several days, my problem was resolved.Once I was able to get the HE8 earbuds to remain in my ears comfortably and securely, I was able to easily sync them with the Bluetooth on my smartphone. For my purposes, they work very well. The active noise canceling function seems to work quite well for earbuds, and the sound quality seems to be quite good too. I am very pleased with the value of this product and would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

I've used this product for about 2 years now. It is decent, the sound quality is pretty nice (roughly the same as the samsung headphones given with every phone), but the battery life is where this guy struggles. If I get 4 hours out of it, I am fairly happy. Less if the active noise canceling (ANC) is on. I fly a lot, and use other headphones until I am on the plane. Normally, these die right at the end of a 2.5 hour flight with ANC turned on.On the plus side, these do an okay job at staying in my ears while working out. They only fall out if I am doing sprints or something where my head moves a lot.

I purchased the E7 pro over the ear headphones before these. They both have unbelievable sound and bass!! Cowin is the only company that I personally am sticking with!!

Pretty awesome! My uncle loved them as a gift. And the price was a steal!
