This is a handy little gadget. It works well, attaches to my kitchen aide mixer, that is several years old. It is easy to attach, easy to clean. I didn't get the most expensive one available and was a bit worried it wouldn't do. It is great, not complicated, and I am happy.

Perfect!This Meat Grinder Attachment fits my Kitchen Aid perfectly! It is actually replacing my old grinder, which was a Kitchen Aid. I like this better! Not sure if it was old age or lots of use, but this one works better, and feels like it is better made - at a fraction of the price.So far I have made homemade ground beef using the course grinder parts. This also comes with a fine attachment as well as parts to stuff sausage if your into that!Comes with a little brush to clean which is good enough to help with the hard to reach spots. Overall it is easy to clean, take apart, and put back together.Lastly - it fits onto the mixer snugly, no wiggle, firm attachment.This is a great alternative to expensive brand name parts!

I bought this item thinking it had a grinding plate that can grind like a hand grinder which spanish people use to grind green plantins /green bananas , yautia, etc. Used to make pasteles or equivalent of mexican tamales more or less ...it would have made it complete , maybe the company can make the plate and sell it separately. TRUST ME YOU'LL SELL ALOT MORE OF THESE GRINDERS IF YOU MAKE IT.

Affordable, easy to use, easy to assemble, easy to to wash, and came with the 2 sizes for grinding, and attachments for stuffing casings. It's small if you're doing a large batch, but it's reasonable enough to do the job. 18 pounds in one go was time consuming, but we like it enough to do such a large batch to share with family and friends.

y original hopper was beginning to show signs of wear. I only needed the hopper but was unable to get it without major rumifications! So, I ordered the whole shebang. It does perfectly and has the added bonus of sausage equipmnt.

Seems a little on the flimsy side, but it has held up well. These aren't made to last forever, but it definitely does the job. **TIP: run some onion through the grinder when you're done with the meat to ease clean up. Also rub a couple drops of olive oil around where the shaft goes through the hopper.**

I love my Kitchen Aid Grinder attachment!!! It is very easy to clean. I routinely use my attachment to grind fresh beef for Bolognese...Double thumbs up!!

I was expecting something more durable. I haven't actually try it yet. However, thinking of purchasing a TRUE KitchenAid Meat Grinder and putting this one in a garage sale.Ok, that was my first thoughts of this product.However, after being able to use it, I have TOTALLY changed my mind!! This baby grounded up almost 100 pounds of deer meat and wild hog in no time flat!! Very easy to clean as well!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BABY!!!!

This item worked great. I had no problem grinding a steak through it. I will probably only use it to make large batches of hamburger meat, because it would be too much trouble to make a few burgers at a time. I put all the parts in the dishwasher to clean which is great.

this works well so far. I've only tried it once but it did the job.I will keep using this and update.This isn't a kitchenaid brand but you save money and it works! If you find yourself at home more often these days, this is a great way to learn a new skill.

I was surprised at how easily it assembled; i bought 2 25 lb pork legs for 99c per lb and made it all into sausages in a few hours; it was simple and easy and fun to do.. The sausage was delicious, made wih my favourite spices, and it only cost me $1 per lb, which is an amazing savings during these difficult times. Cleaning was easy, i rinsed off the parts and put them in the dishwasher. I highly recommended this grinder to anyone who's interested.

Worked great. I ground up 6 lb. of pork shoulder for sausage. Added spices changed the plate and ground it again.No problem with the grinder but didn't like the flavour of my recipe so I didn't try the stuffer attachment. Will try another recipe next time.
