I bought this case for my son's new phone in the hopes of helping it last a little longer than his typical history with phones (a new one every six months or so). He's an auto mechanic, likes to off-road and is generally tougher on his phone than any military could ever be.This case came with Amazon's usual lightning speed and looked exactly as advertised. The fit to the phone is nice and tight and it looks to provide good edge protection around the entire parmimeter. All the holes line up properly, although my son finds the covers a nuisance (hopefully they'll keep the mud and dirt out). The provided screen cover is a typical PITA to install. While we used it for now, we will be getting a professionally installed Screen Armour one installed at a later dated. I'm sure for most people, it would be fine.We've had this case for several months now and it seems to be doing its job. It's taken some beatings and the phone hasn't been any worse for it. The case is still fitting well after being repeatedly taken off and on. This is nice to see, as we have seen the rubber covering on other brand cases stretch and deform over time.So far I'm happy with the case and would recommend it to anyone needing good protection for their expensive phone. It certainly isn't the most stylish case and does add some thickness and bulk, but what good is great style, if it doesn't protect as you need it to?

I don't like to purchase something without reviews but apparently there aren't many optimus F7's out there. Took the chance on this and now I can fill in the rest of you. This case is solid, one filter over the mic hole, the volume, off button,memo button, are covered and work just great. Instead of a hole where you have to try to get at the button, the case has a 'built in' button of it's own right on top of the phone button. It works so nicely. Better than having holes to let in dirt. I work in dirty situations and hate having debris getting in when that's why I have a case. It has a solid build and corners that will take the drops that are bound to occur. Now for the screen protector: I don't like it. Attracks dust (static), had a terrible time getting it on straight as it doesn't really stick and is really stiff, the edges still have bubbles and it has no anti-glare. I wrote the company about the protector but I guess it is only an extra included with the case so I will end up getting one somewhere else. Highly recommend the Aegis case though.*****Update... The company got right back to me regarding the screen protector and are sending me another one. Absolutely greatest service. The protector is still not anti-glare because it just isn't what comes with the deal but I can make do with it for now. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

Nice looking, high quality, well made case. The cutout for front facing camera leaves small, slight shadow in top and bottom right corner of frame. Have only had a couple of days so hopefully case stretches out a bit correcting problem. Could also be slightly misaligned when I inserted phone. All other buttons and holes line up fine. Unfortunately phone loses sleek appearance it once had but case will certainly protect phone if dropped. Great price for OtterBox equivalent protection. Also case is monochrome. Photos give impression accents on rear sides are different color, but that's due to flash hitting those non textured surfaces.UPDATED 30 JULY:Dropped phone today for 1st time on coarse cement from waist high. Phone bounced twice. Was sure even though phone was ok, case would be banged up. Very small/minor scuff mark on hard portion of case. Had to look hard to find it. Passed test with flying colors Also issue with cutout for front facing camera no longer a problem with use.

Let me start by saying that im always in the market for a great buy and this is a pretty good case for the money. It fits the my lg optimus f7 pretty snug and makes holding the phone easier. The buttons are easier to press after putting on case aswell. I like the fact that you get a free screen protector with the case. There are just a couple of things i dont care for but i suppose are acceptable. I noticed that the flap that covers the charger port and the flap that covers the headphone jack dont cover the parts completely so some dust and debris get in around those areas. Second, the rubber part of the case seems to attract lint and stuff easily. Besides these minor flaws the case is well made and i would recommend to anyone looking to keep their phones from getting beat up and scratched!

After more than a year of use this case still holds up. The black rubbery part is a lint magnet and fits looser than it did when I first got it but that's the only complaint I have. The headphone and mini-USB plug holes are covered and you don't have to put any effort into uncovering them.When I tell people that my case can protect my phone even if I throw it against a wall or spike it on concrete like a football they say "oh you have an Otterbox" and I laugh. I've dropped my phone more times than I can count and its still intact due to this case. I wish Trident made more cases for more devices.

Would have rated 5 stars except for the screen protector. I dont like that the screen protector isnt attached to the case. You have to install it on your phones screen and if dont put it down right the first time to bad. Which made it very difficult for me. I cleaned the crap out of my screen before putting it on and there was a hair under it which caused bubbles on my screen. i tried to take it off an clean it but the hair was already stuck to the adhesive and it was ruined. Cases with the screen Protector already attached to the case are way better!!!! i had a body glove that had the clear protective screen already attached to the case and it was amazing but that was for my galaxy s 2. If u can find a body glove id highly suggest that. (Got my body glove at a kiosk in the mall)
