Good product with the price ,almost I have used one year after that I am giving this review , my TV was still working. Android functions ok and remote function was very low apart from that everything was good.This TV will support 1080p only not 4K.

After using for few months:1. There is a button for hotstar on the remote bt hotstar doesn't work on TV. Screen shot shows the error.2. YouTube sign in doesn't work, you can play without sign in though (i like to create playlists which i can't without sign in)3. Netflix works well but there's no direct option to pause. You have exit and replay.4. Remote is a little hard to press and it gets stuck on Netflix sometimes. Like the up button won't work suddenly on Netflix. The you have to exit and come back for it to work.5. You cannot telecast ur fone on TV. There's no direct option and Intried downloading apps like "Send file on TV" bt it errored out. So it's nt possible in this TV.6. The pendrive option is behind the TV that too at the centre. So you cannot insert-remove it anytime, like I used to in the old TV, you might go for HDMI connector or something.7. No Bluetooth that is mentioned in features i think.8. BUT we have adjusted by now so we are fine. If you can increase the budget go for better option.

I have purchased an eAirtec television from your platform and I had a pathetic experience with that product.Product Complaints are below:-All applications are in this smart TV is a Chinese app which is not supported here, even Google Play Store is not on this TV so unable to download another app due to that it is not useful for me. I can not depend only on Youtube and Amazon, another app should work on smart tv which is not on this TV.next, This TV has a pathetic process, and the waiting time is too long, when I am pressing any key it is taking a long time to process into action. When I am doing screen mirroring it is taking more than 30 min. after that error comes and it stops and hangs so I have no option left and need to power off and on again.next, display quality is also worst, it seems like we are watching a 360p video by putting butter paper above on screen.

This TV compares with the best TVs available. I couldn't have asked for anything better for this price. Others have bought Branded TVs for four times this price. They envy me for making the decision to buy this TV. This is one of the best decisions I have made. It is now over 4 years since its purchase and I have had no problems. Some people do face problems because they do not explore all the available features. I would like to inform all users that a Bluetooth mouse can be used for the keyboard making it very simple. I encourage you to purchase this TV without a second thought.

Overall a best product in best price PICTURE QUALITY IS GOOD AND SOUND QUALITY IS ALSO VERY GOOD. I have purchased it for my office to watch news and I find it the best product for my office
