Not Lynn Graham's usual greatness
I'm a huge Lynn Graham fan, and I have to agree with the other reviewers that this story just didn't do it for me. I found this story kind of boring, and ended up skipping through pages at a time. I liked certain things in the book and love Lynn Graham, but if I would've read this one first, I wouldn't have been such a fan of hers. The hero was not her usual alpha, awesome character, and the heroine was just boring. I liked the idea of the story and how things came about, just didn't like the follow through. Lynn is still one of my favorite author's.

Sweet Revenge
Loved it, loved it! Sexy alpha male with a big heart. Loved the dark hidden secret lives the characters were living. But as we all look forward to a beautiful happy ending that was perfect. Loved the epilogue.

A Romance Junkie
This book was terrible and I can't recommend it. The hero was Italian, handsome, mega rich but he had the personality of an gnat. Also the writer forgot to pencil in any type of emotion to this man. Kara - I think that was the doormat's name was a good looking dork. Fluffy the rabit and Guiseppina the cook had more emotions then these two people. There was NO conflict so the story had nowhere to go. If door mat had been a little more bitchy and made what's his face work a little to win her back maybe this might have been 3 stars but he said you have to marry me and she said yes as if he'd never done anything wrong. I pre-ordered this book before it came out and there are two other books coming out with the story of door mats sister- I will wait till I read reviews before I buy. Needless to say this was very disappointing.

Interesting story
After reading several other of the reviews, I was not sure what to expect. To say the least, it was not a bad story. The low rated reviews must have missed something, because I did not feel the same as they did. Both the H and h had a chance to learn and grow through the story. I did not feel the the h was a doormat. She looked at all sides of the isse and decided what was the best to do in the situation.

Good read
I actually enjoyed this book. I found that the H was forceful but not arrogant. He soon recognized that he made a huge mistake and was remorseful. The h was quite refreshing and feisty. She showed strength and rolled with the punches. She did not let him get away with anything without having her say.

Decent but quick
I'm not sure how I would be able to forgive in the same situation; nevertheless, sweet read and happy endings.

Roccanti's Marriage Revenge by Lynne Graham
I have always been a huge fan of Lynne Graham. I have every book that she has ever written the older ones, some of her first I still pull out and read the characters and emotion seems to jump off the page. For me however, the last set of books and this one seem to fall in to the catagory of just okay. It was not so terrible but not what I expect from her as an author. The character Zara ask Vitale why he didn't confront the father and I thought that was exactly where this book went wrong. A real man would go after the father. The scenario while not horrible was totally predictable. I miss the Lynne Graham of " Second -time Bride", The Secret Wife, Prisoner of Passion. Not oh, I have a deadline dial it in. While not the worst book I have ever read it just seemed like she didn't believe in the characters, didn't use her sense of humor. Sorry Lynne, but for me a very long time fan it just feels like you have fallen out of love with these characters. I will rate this book as about a 2 stars. Readable but only in a pinch.

Disappointing
I found this book flat in terms of her previous books which have been more passionate. In the past I have not been able to put her books down and to be honest it took at least a week to read. I'm not giving up on you LG.

STARTED OUT PROMISING, BUT THEN IT FIZZLED OUT
Zara Blake is young beautiful and engaged to be married. But the marriage is one of convenience, not for her. But more for her Father and Fiancé. This suits Zara as she had a bad experience when she was a teenager, that has put her off of trusting men, so a business arrangement suits her fine.Vitale Roccanti wants and needs revenge against Monty Blake, Zara's Father. Vitale decides to get to the Father he will use Zara. Sleep with her ruin her engagement, and the proposed business deal Monty Blake had lined up with Zara's fiancé.This started out with real promise, then it just fizzled out like a damp squid. This is the first of a trilogy about three sisters. The usual set up with this author was in place the heroine had the obligitory pet, this time a fluffy rabbit, well we've had dogs and parrots. Zara is a rich socialite that is according to the press, who claim she attends all the best parties with the most eligible men. But of course in reality she is just a shy virgin. Who runs her late aunts garden design business. Then there is the hero Vitale rich merchant banker man of the world and all round playboy. Who never lets his emotions run away with him, that is until he sees the heroine. But there was interesting back stories on both sides which I thought would make for an intriging and passionate read. But then about halfway through it all just went flat. Almost as though the writer ran out of steam or lost interest. This author is once again into alliteration with examples such as "taut tips" and "hard and hungry" or even better, "she sheathed his shaft". Although this effort is slightly better than her last book. It is still a far cry from the Lynne Graham of old.
