Yes, I had a lot of problems with this item. I ordered two sets - one got lost in transit supposedly, and one came in two boxes several weeks apart. Amazon replaced one which arrived in 2 days and the boxes were taped solidly together. Probably should have returned all and chosen a different item altogether.
