Finally got my Vitamin D levels up to normal!
Can't praise this stuff enough. I was taking the 3000 version for sometime and finally my levels are up normal. Switched to this now to maintain the current level. I've always sprayed it under the tongue and the taste is good (I've tried some other brands which tasted pretty grim). Well worth a try if you are struggling with a vitamin deficiency. My partner has also had success correcting a B12 deficiency with this brand.

Better than the mint version
Doesn't have any particular flavour. Being oil based it does leave a greasy film on inside of cheeks but this disappears quickly. I prefer it to the weird tasting watery mint version which has a chemically tang to it.
