From the materials cut up for the car industry there are many material rest whose further use causes a big problem worldwide. Simultaneous with it you know certainly that the beeves stand has reduced in Europe in the last decade so drastically, that the supply of the 4-6 mm fat leather material and the keeping its high quality for a long time will be a hard and hopeless work. The further development of our leather collar with code nr. 40080 and 40081 was already necessary not only because of nature preserve reasons but of leather saving. The combination of the textile strap covered with 2mm wide fat leather and of the sponges for pressure distribution in width 4,5 mm gave an extra soft but very strong leather strap, by whose crash-test we have got an static loading limit above 400 kg. The collars in the usage was tested by the service dog action unit of the convict station "Tököl". This product development is already registered by the Hungarian Patent-, and Mark Office.
