Nice product
I have been using this product for about a week now. I like this product for the most part. So after playing pickleball for about 3 hours i figured that this would work really well to loosen up and ease the muscles used in pickleball . As you can see from the pictures this product was used for my right arm, legs and back which tightens up from the constant play. Now that all being said, the vibration of this product is really nice. It can be set to various setting which is really nice, so if you are not so tight you don't need the vibrations so high. I really like that you can increase or lower the vibrations. This product feels really great on whatever area you are using it on. The pad itself does not give at all. So if you have used a regular roller there is some give to it. There is no give to this roller at all. So if you put it on the floor as you can see in the pictures there is no give but the vibrations feel really great. If you have ever sat in a chair that has the vibrating built into the chair it would feel like that. However, because there is no give it might be a little hard at first. I personally did not mind the firmness of this product because it felt really nice that there was no give to it and the vibration actually was pushed into the muscle which felt very nice. I did put the roller onto a chair and sat with that on my back. This felt nice as well but it was not really being pushed into the muscle to loosen it up. It takes awhile to charge up and you might have to totally deplete the charge and then re-charge it. But it does keep going for quite a bit. I used this for about 1/2 hour and had no issues. Again, the biggest issue that I would guess for folks would be that fact that there is no give to the roller. Now rolling it along your leg or arm or back does feel quite good and you could use it as just a roller too. Not sure why you would but you could. I think that this product is well worth the money because it really loosens up the various muscles. Additionally, you could put this roller onto a foam pad and it would provide some give as well if you wanted to have it not as hard on the various muscle groups. The company is really very good to deal with as well. If you have ANY questions regarding the product they respond really quickly to any questions. Lastly, I have used this product after a hard workout for arm, legs, back and chest and using the roller after each of those workouts loosen up the various muscle groups. I actually used the roller just rolling it along the various muscle groups so that i could put pressure where i felt i needed it more and that was very helpful as well. So in conclusion I would recommend this product and I was very happy with it.

The best massage roller!!!
The media could not be loaded. Better than a massage! I've tried a few different rollers and have been disappointed. One had ridges that were too pointy and hurt more than helped, another was not as painful but I didn't feel I was getting any results or relief from it. This is the first one I've used that truly gives me therapeutic benefits. The vibrating helps massage and relieve your muscles. It works out the nodes and sore muscles. It has several settings as shown in the video, some of which are EXTREMELY powerful. The max setting on this thing is INTENSE. It's actually too strong for me on it's stronger settings but I can see how some people might like or need that. It comes with a USB charger and the battery lasts a long time. I plugged it in overnight and it was full in the morning. It seems to last a while because I haven't had to recharge it yet. There is a battery indicator which is helpful so you know how much charge is left. It's a very solid unit and feels like it will hold up well over time. Paying more for this vibrating unit is definitely worth it because you will get much more relief than by using a standard roller. Like I said this is the first one I've used where I was able to notice definite resultsBonus: Cats LOVE it 😂!

Rethinking the cost vs the benefit - This roller is the REAL deal!
The media could not be loaded. My first reaction to Epitomie's new VIBRA roller didn't have anything to do with performance. The cost! I currently have four rollers (I gave away two this year). I also use a lacrosse ball for deep massage. Fast forward to my first test after biting the bullet and buying this new rig . . . wow. This roller, for me, is well worth the cost. Why?1). It works so well as a muscle/nerve/joint warm-up before I do a run. The vibration stimulates my muscle must faster than a traditional roller. I can do 30 seconds on the viberating roller, while it would take 2-3 minutes on a traditional roller to get a similar benefit.2) I have big hamstrings and my IT bands are tight most of the time. This roller works better than any roller I've found for tight hamstrings. This makes the VIBRA a really big advantage for me (worth the extra $$ investment).3) What a great tool for uper back massage. My wife (118 lbs) is an ICU nurse and her upper back is constantly in knots. She loves using this roller for massage after a 10 hr shift at work.I use to the highest speed for my rolling. My wife uses the lowest. The unite also holds a charge for a long time.Yes, for me, this roller is worth the added cost. I like it even better than our daughter's collapsing roller (and it's really great).Anything negative? Not really. I would say I've tested a couple rollers that had better foam knobs but not significantly better. This is still the bomb!

It's like using a Sawzall to break up muscle knots in a portable package
Back in my CrossFit days, we used to use a Sawzall with a Tennis Ball added to the end and would use the pulsating action of that setup to help massage and break up knots in problem muscle areas. That setup requires at least 2 people and is kind of overkill. This Vibrating Foam Roller with its large nubs simulates that same setup but in a conveniently small package.I've been using "rugged", non-smooth foam rollers for years because they have helped massage and break up my knots compared to smooth rollers. The VIBRA Foam Roller has the same dimensions as my preferred foam roller but also vibrates at several intensities to help make my stretching sessions more effective. The Vibra has 4 different levels of intensity along with a mode that will iterate through each intensity at a set interval. I personally use the strongest intensity as my HIIT workouts leave me with sore and knotted muscles. It's great for massaging muscles like the Hip Flexor or Adductors where heavy, slow rolling are necessary for getting deep into the muscle tissue. It's an interesting concept that I have gladly accepted into my daily workout repertoire.
