Ordered this in a 4T for a 4T-on-top-but-5T-length-pants wearing toddler. It fit PERFECTLY and was so cute! I used to choose tie-back styles specifically because I have a very skinny kid but she has grown annoyed by them. Not only that but the pleats weren't really noticeable from any sort-of distance because the fabric was a bit weighty so it looked like they'd wash out. For those reasons, we returned it.

Amazingly high quality. The dress is lined, making it a little warmer, which we liked since we bought it for Christmas (the winter time). It is also soft.
