I'm 5'2, 120 lbs.33/26/36 small hips/athletic shape.Size 4 dress. I went up one size up by choosing a size Large. When it arrived, it was so tiny. I'm already a very thin person and can't even believe they would make something that small. Couldn't even fit it up my legs. Had to return it due to size.

I love the way it shapes your hips so perfectly. But, heads up. You'll have to buy 1 size over yours. I'm an 8/10 and bought a size XL but had to return it and order a size 2XL which fitted perfect. I love it

I never wrote one review for Amazon and yet I am a prime member! For this item I just had to let many know that I have finally found the perfect item and trust me, I have purchased many! The shipment was fast and upon receiving, I quickly tried it on underneath a thin bodycon dress and could not believe my eyes! Will be purchasing another! Definitely, select 2-3 sizes up as suggested in other reviews.

If you can’t afford plastic surgery like a Kardashian, (like me) this is a MUST.I’ve always been self cautious about my hip dips, and this gave me the shape I always wanted! I’m glad I read the reviews and ordered an XL when I would normally order a medium! The XL for me perfect (I’m 5’6 & 140). Minus a start because I’m terrified it’s going to loose its shape after multiple wears or get dis formed in the wash so I haven’t washed it! Also thought it had a padded ass as well (it does NOT just hips)

These absolutely smoothed out my hip dips perfectly. I feel amazing in body con dresses. The only down side is I wish they were a little more high waisted. I have an hour glass shape and prefer things to sit above my hips as not to showcase my love handles.

I really like this shaper, it fills out my hips & makes me feel a lot more confident in fitted dresses. Only problem is the waist is too low. It needs a high fitted waistband

I ordered 1 size up as the other customers had recommended but its still too small for me. The pads are removable so i tried putting it on underneath a cycling shorts but it looked so weird. It looks like you put a carton on your hips.
