I have just finished putting up my carport. Overall it is a decent product for the money. The frame is solid and the cover material is heavy enough. The zippers are a little on the wimpy side and could stand to be beefed up a couple of sizes. Now for the criticisms:1. The box arrived with a large (12"x12") hole in the top. Luckily, nothing fell out. I assume it happened in transit as I doubt UPS would have accepted it that way. They need to ship in a heavier cardboard box as this one was rather flimsy.2. Several of the frame pieces had chips in the finish. This will eventually allow rust to form. The unit needs to be better packaged with some kind of material between the frame pieces to keep them from banging against each other during delivery. All of the frame pieces are just thrown in the box.3. A few of the holes in the poles did not line up but were easily drilled larger.4. The instructions do not indicate that the bungee cords the hold the cover to the frame go through the sides and the top with one cord. I thought I was short on cords until my wife figured it out. Spent a lot of extra time re-threading the bungees.

When tied down while I was watching it blew off the ground and landed upside down about 20 feet away. As it played upside down the cross braces were bent and no longer any good The rivets are all pulling away from the cheap material. It is windy today and part if the tarp is not ripped. I have to use t-post to hold it in place. This all happened and is happening with winds no more then 20 mph. This is crazy. I would never recommend this product to anyone. All I can say is this company better stand by there word of a 3 year warranty.

The product arrived with dented poles, the hardware was too small and the fasteners were not secured in the poles with most of them falling out prior to assembly. The design seems fine but the production was done by Monkeys on drugs. It took hours and money to make this go together. The product is horrible!!

I want to first start out by saying the seller is extremely responsive. I received the tent and it's comes in a long box and is very heavy. It does not to be reinforced by weights because ours bent and ripped within a few days of use. Also will need to take down the sidewalls during the wind or it will rip. The seller quickly stated that he would send a replacement.

Would not buy again. Box looked like it was dropped off a cliff. Many of the areas of the tarp have stitching issues where the stitching is coming out and will fall apart with any kind of weather. Also all the pictures of this tent are in white and this tent is not white it’s gray I don’t want a gray tent I needed white which is why I bought this item. I had to build the tent to put my car in it to protest it from the weather and there is no where to contact the seller so here is my feedback

Well first of all the package looked like it had been dragged behind a truck. Every metal component was either dented scratched or paint falling off. The gable End panel and side panel with zippers , the zippers are very poorly stitched in to the panels. I believe that this package had been sent back by somebody repackaged and shipped to me. In short,had I not been forced to use it due to weather coming into New Hampshire I would’ve sent it back. Very disappointed.

It was easy to set up. The bolt holes for the feet didnt line up. Had to drill new holes. Had this less then 6 months and the canopy is already tearing because the sun has rotted the top away. Not UV resistant or tear resistant as they claim. Had to use gorilla tape to repair.

Not what I expected it would be external cover very cheaply made material do not tape on it will damage coating interior walls
