Great product for so many excerises!!
I just purchased this for my son who is a pitcher. I noticed his pitching coach was using this during his pitching workouts at the end. He would start out with a football, then several exercises with 2 different weighted heavy balls, throw live and always end up with these bands. His coach would have him do 7 different workouts with the bands, and when I asked about them he could not say enough good things about them. He told me for arm workouts he should use these every day, when getting ready to pitch, prior to taking the practice mound do a few specific exercises. The days after pitching in a game there are specific exercises he is to do to keep his arm flexible and strong. He also said that after an injury rehab therapists will use these type of bands to strengthen and work arm muscles, tendons etc. So many different things. My son was using a band he got from his High School trainer that is not close to the quality of this band so when his pitching coach recommend this one I got it. My son uses it every day!!

Don't Even Think Of Throwing.....
.......Before warming up the shoulder and elbow. If you are serious about arm health and proper training then you simply cannot do without arm bands to properly warm up. Don't believe it? Go take a look at big league pitchers warming up BEFORE they pick up a ball.My son (14) loves his "J bands" and uses them 4-6 times per week. He feels he gets "easy gas" by properly warming up. He also finds them very useful to avoid getting cold between innings.Great product!

J bands. There are no others!
My son got some "other" jbands from his coach and they just sucked. Too thin and not enough resistance in the tubing. We ordered JBands and he's back in business. Important to have these for home use, exercise, rehab, and pregame, post game. JBands are the standard. Don't stray from the standard!

Good product
Based on reviews, I got my son the adult bands. He is 13 and 5'10". He is not skinny, but he's slim and hasn't quite gotten the muscle development that puberty brings. The adult bands are a bit tough for him, even though he can do pull ups. He still uses them, though, just with a lesser range of motion. He just does the last bit of the motion, the part that counts. He has really taken to them. The video is helpful, too.

Great product/easy to lose
This is a great product that my high school pitcher uses often...consistently using for warm ups and cool downs have helped him stay pain free these past 2 seasons.Unfortunately it’s also very easy to forget that you’ve clipped it to the fence.....so if you are one of the lucky people that found our last 2 sets at Villanova or University of Maryland ASBA tournaments...your welcome. I hope it works for you as well as they work for us :-)Will keep buying even as we lose them bc they are important.

A "go to" product
My son has been a pitcher since he started baseball, we have both learned the value in keeping a healthy, strong arm. These J Bands are very well made and high quality. They come with a schematic that teaches you a lot of exercises that can be done to strengthen your shoulders and rotator cuff. I also use them as well due to the fact that I long toss with him over the summer. We use them every time before we even touch a baseball, as they not only help with getting you strong, but are very effective in helping you get loose. I would highly recommend this product.

Just okay really
The Jaeger bands arrived quickly from the shipper and I was excited to try them out. They are well constructed and look pretty good. I watched their instructional video on YouTube and then got to it. What I really don't like is that the bands slip down your wrist , no matter how tight you make the Velcro. Honestly I much prefer the bands with a handle.
