Excellent taste. I have used this in baking and it gave my cookies a real kick of true vanilla taste. I would buy this again.

I like this vanilla, it has that sweet rich vanilla taste, it’s a paste so it’s a condensed taste. I have also added a teaspoon of French vanilla to my cakes. I’ll buy this again

Perfect consistency and flavor

Wish I had read the reviews first. Not a real Vanilla Bean Paste product. Base of this product is a mixture of many ingredients that make up a sticky substance that almost feels like gum, and is hard to wash off your skin. What does that say for how it will mix with other ingredients??? Very few vanilla seeds, and furthermore, they float to the top and are not mixed well in the other goo. Also vanilla beans need alcohol to release flavor and there is no alcohol in this. One more note: lid has no lining for sealing to the plastic jar, thus when you try to shake to mix the beans in with the goo, it leaks. Just bad. Flavor of goo is artificial. No vanilla bean taste. Says "from Italy" on jar and usually Italian products are so great.

I used this in a recipe for French madeleines. I had never used vanilla paste, so honestly, I should not be evaluating it. But it gave a wonderful, refined flavor to my baked goods. Will use it from now on.

Not what I was expecting. Had to stir and stir and stir. Way too sugaryI will not purchase again.

Not pure vanilla. Grainy and weird ingredients. I would send back but I’m stuck with it

Great product! Very delicious in cookies & cakes. I will never go back to the basic extract .
