Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  So I’ve been seeing these lately as an alternative to pore strips, which I’ve used and find mostly useless. I tried this device when I first got it and found it to be totally ineffective. My fiancé suggested using a hot wet towel to open my pores first. When I tried that, I had lots of success. See the video and photos. The heater built into the unit gets warm but not hot. It’s not an effective way to open your pores. The vacuum part is totally great and really really delivers as promised. Get a towel. Soak it in super hot water and hold it over your nose. You’ll be much cleaner and a little grossed out by your nose.

I’m actually overall super satisfied with this product... I didn’t expect it to work this well! So my recommendation would be to read over the instruction booklet clearly, as there are different tips for different uses and modes. Also, make sure to open up your pores; the bottom part worked well for opening up the pores in my cheeks, but I had to use a hot steamed towel to fully open the pores in my nose. Those probably work the best. This vacuum pulled out my whiteheads+blackheads successfully and left me with clear skin. Just try to keep moving along how the skin is shaped around the face instead of leaving the vacuum in the same area. And moisturizing afterwards is very important as well. Overall, great purchase!! I love it and all the women in the family love it as well.

I bought this to suck up the dirt inside my pores, since I have huge ones. I was very excited to use this, since I’ve been wanting to reduce my pores for a very long time. However, it did work! It worked on my nose, as you can see in the pictures. When I used it on my cheecks, where my pores are more visible to be seen, I used the product and was doing its magic. As I was using it, my skin was getting red and that’s because I was not using it well. Becareful, when you’re using it because it can leave red marks on your face. Overall, it works really good and can’t wait to use it again but this time I’ll make sure to becareful. Excuse the redness, I should own how to use it lol

Product showed up as described. Worked great! It definitely pulled a bunch of nastiness out of my pores!! My face feels smooth and clean! Usually, I have sensitive skin but the redness wasn't as bad as I thought was going to happen so I would recommend getting this!

I’ve used it 3 times so far. The first time I steamed my face for 5 minutes and used oil suction on medium on my nose and got a couple red spots on my nose that lasted about 24 hrs but got a ton of gunk. However it didn’t look like my blackheads got cleaned out. The second time was after shower I used oil suction on low on the rest of my face and didn’t get many red spots and a ton of gunk but my blackheads still are there. The 3rd time (steamed face) I did neutral on M and got a little bit of gunk from all over my face but still blackheads and no red spots. I’m going to keep playing with it and even if it’s just cleaning oils and dead skin off my face it still felt soft and smooth and will maybe cause less breakouts. But I was hoping my actual blackheads would be removed versus just cleaning the gunk. I will update the review if I figure out more.

So I’ve been eyeing getting one of these suction vacuums since I have a few problem areas on my face where i get a mix of whiteheads and blackheads that seem to be impossible to get rid of. I saw this item at a price I couldn’t resist and I decided to take a gamble.The vacuum comes in a bit of packaging that feels high class for the type of product (magnetic closure). The vacuum comes with an instruction manual, 4 attachments, and a mini USB charging cable. Others may complain about the cable not being USB-C, but I have no issues with this at all.The vacuum was charged up (which I was surprised) but I topped it off slightly so it would be at 100%. My experience with this is to start easy with the round wide mouth attachment. Trust me, this packs some suction power. Start easy and work your way up. In my case, I started with the oily setting and then worked my way through the tip of my nose (problem area) and moved slowly to the sides. This vacuum gathered a lot of gunk and did a great job. The attachment quickly unscrews and can be run through soapy water to disinfect. Once done, the area has a bit of temporary redness but with some witch hazel, the pores are quickly reduced and the redness went away.I’m so glad I bought this little gem! This is today’s MVP.

This was packaged so nice! The directions include what each interchangeable head is used for. The display was bright and easy to read. It has multiple settings. I used it on neutral for my skin type and it had the perfect amount of suction to clean my pores out. The tops twist off - I’ve changed them out a few times and they still go on smooth. I highly recommend this!

I have bought this vacuum two month ago. It came on the exactly date as was described. I have used it twice, but unfortunately it didn't help me. Probably the vacuum is not designed for my skin type.I have contacted the seller and explained that I cannot use it. The seller asked me what are the main problems area and tried to help me with some advises from a technician specialist. In the end I wanted to return the item, because is not suitable for me.The seller was very nice and understanding and offered to refund my money without returning the item. I have to admit that I have never meet such a situation. No seller refunds my money and allowed me to keep the item in the same time.The seller even offered to give me more advices and technics in order to use the vacuum in the way that will fit to my skin type. I will try couple of times, more carefully and maybe I will succeed to adjust the vacuum for my skin needs.I don't know what will be the result, but I totally recommend this seller. Is the first time in my life when I meet a seller that cares more about customers needs, than about money.

I am going to return this product. I purchased it because there were many positive reviews on Amazon. However, less than a few seconds after using this product on the lowest setting, I got a huge bruise on my face. I am surprised there are no warning signs or labelling to warn people of the potential for injury. If you are a consumer like me who was on the fence on getting a vacuum remover for blackheads, I recommend NOT purchasing this!

Il désolant que cet appareil n'est fonctionné qu'à 3 reprises, ma fille a négligé de nous en avertir, alors nous n'avons pas pu le retourner à temps. Pourtant les composantes nous ont semblés de qualité, on soupçonne un problème avec la batterie. Difficile de recommandé ce produit.

Definitely would not use if you have even slightly sensitive skin. Causes bruising very easily, even on the lowest setting! I would be concerned about permanent damage :(Seller also makes you jump through hoops to return so now I’m stuck with this and out my money!Save your money and time and don’t bother with this purchase
