Ballerina Mint/Soap Dish - Art Deco - Original Westmoreland Glass Mould - Mosser - USA (Rose Satin & Shiny)

I have been looking at this pink ballerina soap dish for months. I really wanted to love it and had a thought I had a special place for it in my home. The picture lacked detail and I thought for over $40 it would be better in person. Not so. The head is a blob and this thing is fairly large. The legs extend out quite a bit. Now I don't know what to do with it. Put some jewelry in it on a dresser. Kinda lame. Can't think of one person that might like it if I gave it away. The bottom has no stamp or manufacturer. Made out of a mold - the seam is obvious. I think if I picked it up at a discount store for $10 I might feel different. You might like it. But I didn't care much for it.

This was a well-received gift; she loved it. It was larger than I expected, which was good. The pink ballerina was hard to find, so I was pleased that it was offered here.
