Stopped Charging
I bought one of these in June of ‘22. I only used it a few times and by September it stopped charging. Follow up: I had posted a review and was contacted by the seller. I was completely impressed with how quick and easy they resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! FIRE HAZARD!!!!!
I bought this power station to keep my wireless internet powered during and after any hurricanes that may hit us in Florida. I have not needed it yet. However, during the past year, I took it out each month to check it out and put it on the charger to maintain the battery and keep it charged in case it was needed. During my last month check it would not charge. I contacted SinKeu US and Denwaga and they asked for a video clip of the unit's display screen to see what was happening. They responded saying if I returned the unit, they would send me a new one. Well, they pretended to send me a new unit, but just sent me back my original unit. All they did was charge it somehow and return to me. It only ran for 3 hours on a 20 watt load and went completely dead. It will not charge at all. I took apart the unit and discovered it used twenty-seven 18650 batteries. Eighteen of the batteries were fully charged and nine batteries were dead. One battery had some discoloration near a soldered joint, which suggests a short, which explains the dead batteries. This is a defect in the build. The company should have replaced this defective unit rather than lie to me. It was dangerous and could have caused a fire! DO NOT BUY!!!

Powerful and lightweight
This 250Wh rechargeable lithium battery power station is great. The battery in my 6-7 year old power station finally quit, and I needed something to recharge and/or power my mini projector for a 4 hour video art show. After a pretty extensive search, I decided to try this since it had a lot of features, and the best power/price ratio I could find, even before the excellent coupon. I wasn't sure exactly how much reserve I needed, but this power station is amazing. I tested it directly running my 400 lumen mini projector, using the power station battery's AC outlet with the projector's AC to DC adapter while showing a video, and after 6 hours the projector video was still running fine with two bars left on the power station - way more than I needed. Amazing! It's got both 3-prong and 2-prong AC outlets, a 12V DC outlet, 4 (!) USB-A charging ports for output and inputs for both standard 110V AC with a wall adapter and 12V DC with a car adapter. I haven't tried it yet, but it will also accept a solar charger. It's so much lighter, more powerful, longer lasting and more flexible than my older rechargeable power station - I'm completely happy with it.

Not durable, used 1 time and not longer working
It's being a while since I purchased this product, 4 years! But unfortunately I was expecting this to last for many years considering that the usage was close to none.Used 1 time for camping and stored since then. I have reopened and connected to the charger to my surprise this is no longer taking charge so I decided to opened, like I said after 4 years there's nothing to ask to the seller, and found that around 5 to 10 out of the 27 batteries are damaged. Each battery cost around $3 to $4 each and considering replacing the whole pack would cost around $80-100 which is pretty closed to todays price of same brand/model that is listed for $139.

Worked for 1 use
We were very excited to use this as my husband uses a cpap machine and we really enjoy camping. This machine would allow us to camp and still allow him to get sleep. It worked great for a 1 time charge. It worked for the 2 nights we used it. Tried to use it again and it won't hold a charge. It won't go past 2 bars of charging and if you go to use it, the charge lasts for less than an hr. The first time we used it was great full 8hrs two nights in a row. It was properly stored and charged. Not worth almost 200$ for 1 time use.

Died after 18 month
Edit: The seller proactively reached out after the original review was posted and sent a replacement unit. They also asked for a video, to troubleshoot the problem. I didn't expect that to happen, 18 month after the purchase. For that, I am changing my review - the seller did make sure that I have a working unit even more than a year passed. Still, the first unit did die, and I can only give 4 stars considering that.Original review:This unit worked well but died suddenly 18 month in, with charging indicator blinking showing full battery, but unit refusing to turn on. That was very weird as I just used the unit a couple of weeks back and it worked splendidly, and now it's dead. I see quite a few people here complained about unit similarly dying at 18 month mark, almost as if it had a death switch to kill the unit after 1.5 years regardless use. At the price this has, I certainly can't recommend it as a battery bank that would go for only 1.5 years with light use.

Excellent battery for the price - while it lasts (updated review)
I bought 3 of these to supplement my electronic equipment on my boat. And they have been fantastic so far. It looks like a toy but works well. I considered buying a much larger battery tower but for the price it was actually more cost effective to get three of these instead of one bigger battery. Plus this way I can charge one with solar while I'm using another one. There's also a lantern built in which is a bonus. This thing recharges my large laptop twice. It can run a 32" TV for 5 hours, and a 24" TV for 7 hours. My only minor complaint is that the buttons are all near one another, and they are very soft. You have to turn it on with one button and then press another button to choose AC, DC, or lamp. But in the dark it's hard to tell which button is which.**Update 1 year later** - out of my three units, two have now failed. I changed my rating to reflect that. They won't respond to charging or discharging, just the display blinks when you first plug it in, a fairly common problem other users have reported. It's too bad, I loved them while they lasted.
