Wraps are VERY well made, and sturdy. They are billed as Medium stiffness, but, in my humble opinion, they are a bit closer to Very stiff than Medium. Which works great for what they are there for - namely, support during workouts. They work great for that. Keep the wrists straight with very little play, if any. I love the fact that the soft part of the Velcro (i.e. not the loop part) is pretty long, allowing for a greater range of adjustments for individuals with smaller AND larger wrists. I believe they will accommodate any wrist size well.My personal wish was to also have them as general support for occasional wrist misalignment, but I find the thumb loop to be a bit too stiff and wide for that application (it's made of good quality stiff elastic band, about 3/4" wide). That is nothing against the wraps or the quality, just an observation.They are excellent for what they are meant to do - "spot" your wrists for lifting heavy objects.

I would generally not leave a post for a relatively simple item, but I am making an exception for 2 key reasons ...1) These wraps are AWESOME. No longer do I worry about having my wonky wrists hamper me from lifting heavy weight. Couldn't be happier with the products themselves.2) But the key reason I am writing this recommendation is that the reseller actually took the time to personalize their customer service email that shows they have a great sense of humor AND actually provided some cool additional info in the process that I was both surprised & impressed by.Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing this product from Lift Unlimited.

 Velcro stopped working in a month.Can’t even contact selller to see if they can do anything to help. It’s an expensive item and it did not live up to the expectations / price

4.5 stars. Better than most wraps out there. Thumb wraps are a nice and useful bonus. These flex quite a bit, allowing you to customize the rigidity, but perhaps a little too much. In order to get it as rigid as I'd like, I need to pull the wraps pretty tight, which means that your run into circulation issues. I would give up some of the flexibility for more innate support so you didn't have to crank them down so much. Still, I prefer these to the non-flex cloth types.I am 6' 185 and own the 18" and 24". For Crossfit and especially Oly lifts, the 24" is my choice most of the time.

I've been having wrist problems for the past couple months so I decided to buy these. Yesterday I was feeling better but I still had some pain and strain in my right wrist. But you know how us lifters don't enjoying sitting around waiting to heal. So I decided to give these a shot and hit the gym. Man these things help so much I barely felt any pain in my wrists using these. Only catch is you have to put it on really tight, like almost no circulation tight for it to work extremely well. But thats fine I took it off in between sets. Just be careful guys these things can really cut off all circulation if you leave them on too long and too tight. Great product

These wraps are a game changer. I’ve been using them for 4 months now, and my heavy lifts wouldn’t be the same without these now. They are very well made, and the velcro is ultra strong and really secures your wrists. When you feel secure, then you’ll feel stronger (and I actually was stronger on my pressing movements).A couple things to note from other reviews I’ve read: 1. Only utilize these during your set; you shouldn’t continue to wear them tightly secured in between sets or just walking around the gym, and 2. The velcro is wonderfully strong, so when you’re finished with the straps, roll them back up and affix the velcro sides to one another or the velcro will adhere to other parts of the strap rolling around in your gym bag and will shred it when you pull it apart.Overall, these are so good that if a friend told me how fantastic their wraps were I’d never even try them. These wraps are a great product that will remain a staple in my gym bag.

I haven't used these wraps a ton. Yet I do find these wraps are a decent quality, not top-notch, but certainly they are doing the trick for me when I'm tackling my heavier push movements.My one complaint is the velcro is starting to wear about the strap. The elastic portion is beginning to show a lot of fuzz on it. That is a little disconcerting, but the price is low enough to ignore.

These wraps work amazing! I never really used any kind of support while working out except for the occasional weight belt at the end of a lower back day session at the gym. I tried it the first day I was doing bench press but didn't use them until my last 2 sets which were a bit heavier. Although I could normally do those sets without wraps, the wraps definitely helped me focus on using my chest to lift instead of worrying about the strain on my wrists bending back. I even hit a new PR! Honestly, I just never really believed in wraps, but this definitely changed my mind. Will definitely be recommending friends and family to use if they ever lift heavier weights.
