One word: EXCELLENT.
This stuff works really well! Too easy to mix. One pack with one gallon of water. Again, too easy. Applies just as easily. Used it on our deck and for our chicken coop. ZERO smell. ZERO fumes. Dries very quickly. The results are as advertised as well as expected. Says in the instructions there will be a grey tint that eventually show. Maybe because I applied three coats to the deck. Deck is 10' x 12'. Covered way more than the. 120 - 150 square inches one gallon covers. I ordered three gallons. As I hoped after watching a video on YouTube about Eco Safe, it came with three individual packets. So I didn't end up wasting three gallons. Two packets covered the deck and coop. If you care about your health and just doing the right thing for your family & mother nature, this is the water sealant for you.

This product avoids having to re paint or re stain your deck year after year :-)
It is certainly easy to apply and gives the wood a nice patina. Only time will tell if it does a good job protecting the wood. I love that the wood looks naturally aged. So easy to apply with a sprayer!!! It cannot be used over painted or stained wood unless wood is sanded down. When I used on the pressure treated wood of my deck, I mixed it with just the water and within a few weeks it had a nice gray tone. When I used it on some cedar, steps in the garage, it did have a blueish hue. So when I did the front porch which is also cedar, I added the small amount go baking soda recommended if you want to avoid slight blue tones. Later the blue tones on the steps subsided and I liked the final result. The cedar on the front steps (where I added the baking soda) has some slight yellow tones to it. I have to wait and see if this stays with some yellow tones of fades. If this does a good job protecting the wood I will rate a absolute 10.

It turned my deck uneven yellow..
It is the second time I buy this product. The first time seemed to work really great and I was happy with it. After a couple years I wanted to add another layer as it did not protect my deck as well as it used too (it's definitely NOT a lifetime product). I bought it again. I should have known something was wrong, the dessicant package mentioned in the notice wasn't in the package but since it said to throw it away, I did not pay it any more attention. What I certainly did not expect is to have my deck turn an ugly uneven yellow. I followed all the instructions like the first time and instead of having the nice gray of the first time 3 or 4 years ago, it turned it yellow AND this time it does not repel water like the first time. So please consider this if you are interested in buying this product. (I can't even get a refund as, naturally, by the time I finished prepping and sealing the deck the window to return just closed...). I wished it worked like the first time. I did not mind reapplying it as it is easy to do so. But wow, this ugly color, that's a no. Honestly I wished it worked like the first time. Don't know yet if I'll give it another try.

Easy to use, hard to tell how well it's working
I got this to primarily use on our new front porch pressure treated boards, but still waiting for them to finish drying (and for Christmas decorations to be gone). In the interim, have used on our back deck and a bluebird house. Can definitely see the bit of greying on the birdhouse, and it looks good. Harder to see on the deck, since that wood had already been weathered. Hoping to get the front porch done later this month. Didn't think to take before and after photos of the birdhouse, maybe I'll remember on the front porch and can update this later.

Achieved the desired results; very easy to apply!
Very easy to use-just mix with water! Easy to apply and dried quickly. Only covered a few inches inside the box, so photo shows “before and after.” Wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of color, but it achieved the desired result of making the wood look a bit weathered. Product was pricey but worth it.Can’t speak to longevity but no reason to believe that will be a problem.

Great value! GREAT PRODUCT! VERY AFFORDABLE
This product is amazing! We just put down a new deck and used this on it. We were concerned because it was covered that it would not weather the same. Well, with this product, it did. We used it on our rocking chairs also and they are beautiful! They turned the same as the deck. We don't know the long term effect yet but have confidence that it will be great..We sprayed it on with a pump sprayer, then brushed it in with a soft broom. Our deck is 16x16 and it took about 15 minutes to complete. We used 2 gallons (2 packets) for everything. We applied it 3 weeks ago and just had a rain that blew in on it. It beaded up just like a very expensive finish would do, except ours is not slippery. We love it!100% recommend this product

Looks better than expected.
Easy to apply. No prep beyond cleaning wood. Applied with large drywall brush. Definite difference in color and in sun fading between treated and non-treated area. Applied one coat in December 2020 and will be applying a second coat next month (April 2021). I was not enamored by the idea of giving the deck a weathered look, but because the grain is definitive, it looks better than I expected. Bought more to stain more decking and other wood projects.

IT WORKS
I used this on pressure treated pine and cedar. It applied like water, and didn't show color at first, but soon after it dried, some silvery gray color appeared. the color appeared on the cedar a little more slowly than the pine. Will definitely use again on new wood to achieve a faster gray/weathered look.
