I have knee pain constantly. I've tried every patch on the market. I'm always looking for the best. Icy hot hasn't worked in a long time. Tiger Balm works well for a short period of time. Capsicum patches seem to work the best. I thought I'd try out this one with capsicum and menthol. It takes a while to start feeling it, but when it does, it works a long time. The other good thing about these is that they hold on. A lot of other patches peel off in the middle of the night and end up stuck to my pants. These don't budge. My only issue with them is that I have sensitive skin and the adhesive left a slight rash after a few days. I'm in pain though, so I will be putting these back on as soon as it's cleared up since it does help.

These patches provide all day relief from back strain and muscle ache. They are a perfect size for isolated aateas. They stay on firmy and come off fairly easy.Highly recommend these.

Pros: works when back hurts so bad nothing else does. Stays on through sweaty run or yard work. Cons: too small. A bit too hot especially when pressed against for long periods like car seat, office chair. Conclusion: will buy again.

Too hot! I have used other capsicum patches and left them on 12 hours. After 1/2 hour, I had to remove the patch.
