I've recently been reading all the benefits of apple cider vinegar, so I attempted the liquid kind and it was awful! It tastes disgusting, even when diluted. These pills are much easier to take. They have a slight aftertaste (con) but still better than the liquid. It will take time before I can tell if its had effect on my weight or blood pressure, but hoping so, and I'll update once I've taken them for some time.

I do believe that after a few weeks of taking regularly it helped curb my appetite through the morning and afternoon. I am switching to a different brand because they had a sticker for free product on my order but when I tried to get that product I could only get in contact with a robot that said my order number did not exist. Do not promise and not come through. I will not order from this company again.

I take two before I workout and then two before a meal and it's helped me lose weight! Although I do have to still eat around 800-1200 calories a day in addition to exercise in order to lose weight, the keto pills help me lose more weight than I would have had I not taken them (I'll lose between 0.8-1.6lbs a day). The added apple cider is ingenious because it is known to suppress appetite and taking it in a capsule is so much easier than drinking it..yuck. Overall I prefer this brand over others!

I had to stop taking these.Check ingredients.I've never had kidney problems.Til now.Please consume at your own risk.I stopped and pains went away.Restarted. 1 pill. The pain almost took me to my knees.I will not take any more. Update to come if it changes.

These absolutely work have been using for three months and really has helped me lose weight and most importantly not to gainbit back. It helps me suppress hunger because before I was always hungry.

I’m sending it back. Check out their website, it’s a one page cheaply made site. Wish I had done that first before ordering. Do not trust this product.

I didn’t see a huge difference, but I have only used it for about a week so it may only have longer-term effects that I’m not seeing yet.
