I wish I had known this existed sooner. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and that first week was yucky. Lots of coughing. I feel like it’s helpful? Took out a lot of phlegm at first. Taste is ok so I do continue to use it often. Not daily but at least 3-4x a week.

Overall, this product works well in helping to clear the lungs, tastes good, and is reasonably priced. Recommended. Good value for money
