I was so disappointed this "authentic" amethyst is nothing but glass and you don't need a microscope to see this shill game. I will never purchase from LP beads again. X0028PCPVX was on the bag, made in china. I guess AUTHENTIC means a PURPLE DYED GLASS color to this company.FYI amethyst (quartz family) is a drilled crystal NOT a dimpled glass, notice the LPBeads company does NOT show the drilled end of the beads. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Fake ,I took out one of the stones and torched it with strong lighter caught on fire cheap Chinese I don't understand how it got good reviews from some others hypnotized maybe????

I’ve purchased the hematite, black onyx, Rose Quartz, tiger eye, and white howlite beads from this brand. They are fantastic quality and from what I can tell, all of them seem genuine and natural. However, I’m not a gemstone expert, just an enthusiast and I work with gemstones often. (And contrary to some other reviews, all the packages came with 100.) I will continue to purchase these beads, but I’d be wary to purchase the amethyst, and the seller has said in the q&a section that the turquoise is dyed stone so I would avoid that as well. Overall, I am very pleased.Edit: Today I received my 3rd order of Rose Quartz beads and on the plastic packaging I could see remnants of pink dye. I’m very disappointed having spent over $30 on Rose Quartz beads from this brand. I don’t know about the authenticity of the other stone beads now.

The Lapis Stone HAS IN FACT been dyed. I included a photo of rubbing alcohol after the bead was allowed to soak for a half hour. Upon magnification, the stone appears real, just a cheaper lapis stone (possibly sodalite) dyed to deepen the color.

I bought these because the description said they were magnetic. I assumed that meant they would stick together. Yeah...no. They are in fact not at all magnetized...these are just regular beads. I’m giving three stars because the quality is decent...but I feel completely deceived. I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase.

Fast delivery and beads are great.. my only problem is I didn't get 100 beads.. I only got 94.. didn't bother to return for 6 beads but figured it was worth mentioning since it was ONLY reason I took a star off..

These crystal beads were fake, Dyed &created out of resin .

The Indian Agate (8mm) are pretty nice, though not as bright as pictured. I've attached a picture to show what the finished jewelry looks like under a bright light.The Hematite beads (8mm) are wonderful! They are quite heavy and seem to be real. I've also attached a picture of these beads.
