We spray it one sore muscles: back, neck, quads, shins, even the bottoms of your feet from walking or standing all day…it’s such a relief! It does smell like menthol at first, but the smell evaporates pretty quickly. (You can spray it on and go out in public and others won’t be able to smell it!) Great product!!

We have used this spray for many years! We keep a bottle in each shower. When someone has a stuffy nose they can start the shower and spray a couple of sprays while taking a shower and it will open them up giving them instant relief. This is one thing to always have on hand!
