Resveratrol Supplement - 90 Veg. Capsules with Japanese Knotweed, Trans-Resveratrol, and Grape Seed Extract

For overall health, I would recommend this brand of Resveratrol, however, did not reorder because I am fighting Lyme disease and require a much greater potency of Japanese Knotweed than this particular brand has in it. This Activa brand does seem to be a good brand, because it appears to be, for me at any rate, a healthy supplement. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a more potent strain of the actual Japanese Knotweed (polygonum cuspidatum). The price of this is decent, but my bottle only lasted about 2 weeks for me, simply due to my disease. So, for general health, yes, I recommend it and the seller. Packaging was very good and arrival was timely.

I am not sure if anyone else finds out the same problem as I do. This is my 2nd time to buy activa naturals, the 1st time was great, so I came back for the 2nd purchase. But I feel very uncomfortable because the capsule smells like burning plastics, when I put it into my mouth, I can taste its terrible flavor, it is totally different from last time. I am not sensitive on smell and flavor, but I am sure it is something wrong with the shell of the capsules.

Had Japanese Knotweed for resveratrol source instead of wine grapes. This wasn't in the list of ingredients when looking on the close-ups of the products.

My resveratrol arrived earlier than the estimated arrival date,which was nice. It is difficult to tell if I feel better because I take many supplements.I was taking trans-resveratrol 500 mg caps 2x daily, but I thought I will try these 250 mg caps 3x daily, and see if the added berries will make menotice any improved health. I started the bio-enhanced capsules 2/5/15, so I will have to give these capsules about 1 or 2 weeks more, to notice any positive changes.

Go with it. That's all I've got to say. I'm a professional dancer (and have been for almost half my life), and the older you get the more you realize how important vitamins and mineral are to keeping our bodies healthy.It's clear we don't get enough vitamins or minerals in our normal, daily diet, and the added herbal extracts are always helpful. If you need a bit of natural energy throughout your day or you just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, this product is for you.
