I have weekly Pilates classes, and thought this bar might be helpful when in work out at home. I don’t want to invest in a recliner, but this item is a good addition to my mat routine. Esp when lying flat on the floor and doing circles with my legs. I’m not sure how long it will last, time will tell but I’m quite happy with it. For this price, no complaints.

Disappointed with quality when it arrived one of the foot straps was frayed, this required stitching, I had missing socks also instructions very faint unreadable I would recommend you go on YouTube you can get good workout video's. It's not the best but will have to do for for additional exercise during lockdown.

So far this has been a great work out equipment. The box it arrived in was damaged however the Pilates stick bar was fine. I hope it lasts and doesn’t loose its quality.

Good for exercise and doesn’t take up any room

Poor quality I wished that I can choose ZERO star for it. Never bothered to write bad review with any product that I bought from here. But this one just snapped on the first try.
