My first review for this product was a 5-star rating because I loved them. They look cool, the sound quality it great. They fit snugly in my ears without falling out. They have amazing battery life. My only issue with them that really disappointed me is that they work awfully when you’re trying to use them while speaking on the phone. The caller can’t hear you and it’s very staticky on their end. Which is a bummer because that’s the main reason I needed them. I’ll only be using the for music 😕
